Helena Bonham Carter! If you could have any book that isn't already a movie be made into a movie what would it be and why?
I'd go with Hermione too, and my favorite celebrity would have to be Tina Fey. Any book...hm...probably something action packed, like
. I can easily see that working well on the screen.
I love Hermione too! As for books, I was thinking that
would be a beautiful, action-packed, and romance-packed movie! Is there a movie you enjoyed more than the book? (I'm thinking Elle would like the movie for
better, but I don't think she's seen it yet! Haha.)
I want "Magician Apprentice" by Raymond E Feist made into a movie. It is an awesome book and book series.
Ooh...I'm going to have to go with Howl's Moving Castle. I liked the movie more than the book, although I found that the book explained a few things that were glossed over in the movie. I know that Miyazaki took a few liberties with the plot, too, but that was just fine by me. :)What are you top five favorite bands?
Just thought of another movie I liked better than the book. The Princess Bride! The book was ok, but nothing will ever top the movie. :)
CLASSIC. I love The Princess Bride too! Another movie that I liked better than the book was Ella Enchanted. I know the book and the movie were totally different, but I saw the movie first so I think I expected something different when I started reading the book. My top five favorite bands are (in no order):
- A New Found Glory
- Goo Goo Dolls
- Rocket Summer
- Bare Naked Ladies (I saw these guys live last year and they were amazing.)
- I can't think of a fifth one so I'll just go with any movie soundtrack that Hans Zimmer writes.
If you were swimming and saw a shark coming towards you, what would you do?
Punch it in the nose! Isn't that what you're supposed to do?Totally Hermione...hmm, I'm sensing a pattern of us liking strong women. ;) Tiny Fey is awesome too!
Liking Paramore right now.
If you were in the circus, what act would you be?
Is it considered cheating to answer this question if I actually take circus lessons? :/My favorite thing to do in circus class is the silks/tissu. I find them more of a challenge than trapeze because you have to learn a series of motions & wraps in order to do cool stuff as opposed to mostly just single poses. :)
If you were a plant, what plant would you be?
A black panther because they just look all smooth and stealthy, although I suppose some sort of flying bird would be cooler in the long run.Do you have any plans for Easter?
I think I'd want to be an owl As of right now, no plans, except for my traditional After Easter Candy Extravaganza! (I basically go to Walgreens and buy a carload of half-priced candy.)
During what time of day do you prefer to read?
For Easter my whole family is going out to my Uncle's fishing camp for boating, skiing, fishing, yelling at the baseball game on TV, and a crawfish boil. It's our yearly Easter tradition.I prefer to read late at night or during bad weather - rainy days in particular.
What is your favorite type of character? The plucky heroine, the Byronic hero, the dastardly villain?
Plucky heroine, for sure, though I hold a special place in my heart for the dastardly villain as well, if written right.I like to read just before bed, probably because I was allowed to stay up an extra half hour if I chose to read. But I definitely think reading warm inside on rainy days is excellent. Especially if there's a fire. In the fireplace, I mean. ;)
This may be the same answer for everyone, considering we're all readers, but who's your favorite Disney Princess? Or Prince?
I like to read during bad weather too. I used to be a late night reader, but recently I've become a morning reader. An hour before I go to class an my day is already made, especially if I love the book I'm reading. I'm also one who loves the plucky heroine. These days, sarcasm seems to be the quickest way to my heart--give me a heroine with a sharp sense of humor and I'm sold.
Ooooh, that's a tough one. I love Belle and Rapunzel. Meg from Hercules is awesome too! She's such a smart ass. xD
Do you ever watch Japanese monster movies?
I think I had ~ the plucky heroine ~ as one of my titles for a couple of weeks at one point. Maybe I'll revisit it at some point.I loved all of the old black and white Godzillas when I was a kid. When we lived in Japan, we managed to find a big Godzilla beanie baby to bring home for our oldest.
What's your favorite restaurant?
I love TGI Fridays! Sesame Jack Chicken! Mmm!
My favorite on the air favorite television show is probably Dexter. Arrested Development is my all time favorite show.
What was one of your favorite toys as a kid?
My favorite on the air favorite television show is probably Dexter. Arrested Development is my all time favorite show.
What was one of your favorite toys as a kid?
Oh man, that's a tough question. I loved a lot of my toys when I was younger. If I had to pick one, it'd probably be my pink Power Rangers action figure or my otter beanie baby. When you can't sleep, what do you do?
My favorite book character is Damon Salvatore from the vampire diaries. He is a sexy, confident vampire and does what he wants. He's awesome. What is your favorite all time book?
That's a tough one. If it's not a Tamora Pierce book, then it's probably Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. :DFavorite Disney villain?
Um, so many to choose from, a pegasus Sorry if this has been asked already,
Favorite heroine from, book, movie and tv series and why ??
Book Heroine: Meredith from vampire Diaries because she is such a strong person in the face of danger and shes a regular human dealing with supernatural creatures; she's calm, cool and collected; she uses her brain and thinks before she acts.TV Heroine- Buffy Summers from Buffy the Vampire Slayer- She's strong, she kicks ass, she survived so much in the series and kept fighting instead of just giving up; she's down to earth; she doesn't let her powers or special abilities go to her head
Movie Heroine: I'd say Ariel from the little Mermaid because she gave up everything for love; she had faith and determination in her decision to give up her tail and get human legs.
What is the one actor/actress you would marry?
Can't decide between Tom Selleck or Sylvester Stallone. They are both way cool. (But I really WOULDN'T want to marry them, cause I have a wonderful man. And I'm not just saying it because I have to)What are you most afraid of?
I guess the thing I'm most afraid of is death. I am catholic and religious but I also can't help but wonder if there really is an afterlife. I mean you just don't know and to me that's scary.I'm also afraid of the dark (not monsters, just not being able to see whats in from of me) and clowns

Still paying it off, does that count? I've got a dark blue Prius. But the first car I 'drove' that was 'assigned to me' was my parents' Ford stationwagon. I could fit a ton of people in the back of that thing!
Umm...favorite gum flavor?
