I haven't read this...my hairdresser keeps telling me I need to but all the reviews I've read lately are just awful. I think this is one of those books you either love or hate there's no middle ground. I'm still not positively ruling it out but I probably won't read it unless I completely run out of other books to read. So....maybe when I'm 90.

Sharon I really wanted to like but personally I'm disgusted that this is now a bestseller. It is not best seller material. It' poorly written and so repetitive. There is the same phrase in almost every paragraph and I wanted to bang my head off the wall reading it
