Sheetal | 668 comments I believe in love at many sights.. :P

Sheetal | 668 comments TTPBM: Same

message 5653: by Nikhat (new)

Nikhat Hetavkar (nikbookchatter) | 403 comments Nah, it is a term invented by people who seem to be clueless about the very notion and people who perceive mere attraction as love. Love at first interaction though may be something I can be persuaded to believe in.

message 5654: by Nikhat (new)

Nikhat Hetavkar (nikbookchatter) | 403 comments TTPBM:Same

message 5655: by Ashwini (new)

Ashwini Srinivas (ashwinisrinivas) | 55 comments I do :P Though, mostly it doesn't last long enough ;) :D

TTPBM : Are you superstitious?

message 5656: by Nikhat (new)

Nikhat Hetavkar (nikbookchatter) | 403 comments Usually I'm the opposite but once while I was crossing the road to get to my exam hall, I stepped on a lemon and could feel all its juice oozing out and I just started yelling at it like a mad man. So despite the fact that I would like to be as non superstitious as possible I guess all the stupid talk has got to me at some level.

TTPBM: Do you think you would have been religious even if your parents were atheists? Doesn't most of the time our belief depend on what we have been thought to believe in?

message 5657: by Kris (new)

Kris Kros (kriskrosser) | 1296 comments I'm an Atheist even thought my parents are religious. So, if my parents were Atheists, I guess I would have become one sooner.

As somebody said, every child is born an Atheist. Religion is taught later. And coincidentally, the right God is almost always the one that your parents worship :D

TTPBM: Same (nice Question)

message 5658: by Sathya (new)

Sathya Prakash (rivernile) | 4290 comments I neither an Atheist nor a follower of religion...I am still on the path to find out the truth...perhaps in a state of what is and what is not discovery!

message 5661: by Ahtims (new)

Ahtims (embeddedinbooks) | 47118 comments Mod
I have never thought of it, now that I'm forced to think, probably yes, if death should come suddenly and painfully so that I am denied an opportunity for proper leave-taking and last minute instructions to my family members
