Hi, Ginn! Emanuela (for ex. active in the group ''Q & A with Josh Lanyon'') just said something so nice about you, that I thought I had to tell you - with her consent.
She said that you write poetry in prose. I absolutely agree.

That is so kind!... Thank you.
hearing you talking about the wonder of reading the book one part a month makes me regret about saving Rifter for December. the good thing is I can then read without sleep and interruption like i did with Lord of the white hell. it was a super addicting and cute series btw.

It is a pretty ..."I think it could be considered a romance; most of the central plot centers on a romantic relationship. I say go for it!

I'm quite curious.
Lord of the White Hell was very fun to write and kind of a relief after the intense plotting involved for the Rifter. I'm so glad that you enjoyed it!
Ginn wrote: "Andy wrote: "hearing you talking about the wonder of reading the book one part a month makes me regret about saving Rifter for December. the good thing is I can then read without sleep and interr..."Definitely will do that after reading the book after my finals.
It was a wonderful book. It was the first time ever i read for more than 12 hours straight without sleep (though drift off in between and dream about the books). Thank you for such great writing. Make my summer:)
Andy wrote: "hearing you talking about the wonder of reading the book one part a month makes me regret about saving Rifter for December. the good thing is I can then read without sleep and interruption like i did with Lord of the white hell..."I was fortunate in that I didn’t find out about Lord of the White Hell until both books were released , so I purchased them both at once with no publication gap in between. And that was well, for the end of book one almost gave me a frickin’ anxiety attack! I couldn’t sleep until I read about 50 pages into book two. I can only imagine what would have become of my mental state if I’d had to wait a few months for book 2 to be released..@.@
Ginn wrote: "Lord of the White Hell was very fun to write and kind of a relief after the intense plotting involved for the Rifter..."And LotWH was nowhere near as long as The Rifter, either. XD
But you know, while Lord of the White Hell isn't as intense or as epic in scope as The Rifter, it's not like it was a bucket of fluff either.
I mean sure, no one was filleted and their bones kept alive with the blood of their slaughtered newborn, but…curses that make people feel as if they’re being impaled on spikes? Shadows disemboweling people? Whore houses?! It wasn’t all happiness and rainbows, Ginn! D: There was darkness lurking beneath.
But they’re also completely different kinds of books. Rifter has that bombastic personality and epic scope, and LotWH is really much more personal and intimate. I could actually wax lyrical about it for a while but I wont because you wrote them and it’s not like you don’t know. x.x Derp.

Particularly since they were originally written as one book and I never intended there to be a cliff-hanger.
I've loved everyone of them so far Ginn. I've loved old books that were written as serials for a long while and I think there's something about the format that makes books good all the way through. The opposite of the current cliffhanger trend I guess. I love having a mini book each month and these ones are so good that it's a real treat.
Lisa wrote: "I think I'm getting depressed. Just a few more days till the last book. I'm going to need a support group. ; )"The End is near! The prophesy is nigh! \o/
Stay strong, Lisa. Keep calm and carry on.
I've deliberately saved Wicked Gentlemen so I have something else of Ginn's to read afterwards, to try to avoid a bad case of book drop.

Though I think that what might make older serials different from most of the ones we encounter these days is that the older ones were conceived with an ending, so they didn't have to resort to cliff-hanger after cliff-hanger to just keep pulling the audience along.
Lisa wrote: "We have Irregulars to look forward to so that is good! "
Yes, and Irregulars has awesome novellas by Astrid Amara, Nicole Kimberling and Josh Lanyon as well. It should be fun!
I haven't yet started Josh Lanyon. For whatever reason, this year has been exceptional for book and I'm saving him and a plethora of other books I know I'll enjoy for when I get through my current TBR pile. I reckon it'll keep me going for at least another year past whenever the next dearth of good reading strikes.

I finally get done with my finals and started on Rifters. Book 2 so far. Hopefully there will be some good romance come about between John and Kyle. Can't take my eyes off the book. I am reading again now.

Happy ending always give me hope like your other books I've read

That is why I love your book. Even book like Wicked gentleman that I initially thought would be really dark and sad ended up in a happy ending. It always give me hope in my own life to see character struggle so much but at the end get the happiness they deserve.I am happy that I wait until now to read the book otherwise i would be too anxious to study. Book 8 now. Cannot stop reading but still kinda sad know that the ending is coming...
