I know it's just the beginning of March, but since the group is new, let's decide a book to start in April. You can second a nomination as well.

Both, but just select one. If you want to read whatever again, you can nominate it. If you think something sounds good, you can nominate, but just nominate one book please.
Ender's game is a good book, sort of a classic sci-fi that everyone should read once at least.I have already read it though, so I am going to throw something else in the ring that I have wanted to read for some time: The Hunger Games
There are others that I want to read more, but they are not anywhere to be found without spending money (library).
The Hunger Games is a good series, but I'd rate it pg-13 for violence. Collins' is a good author, and in her novels she explores the psychological effects of war on children and the negative mental consequences that violence inflicts at a young age. So they are interesting but somewhat depressing; with the children-killing-children and all.
Oh....I didn't realize they were like that. Well we probably will read stuff like The Lord of the Rings in this group so it might be fine.
Hahaha! It's weird: texting drives me crazy, but I have no qualms about saying "lol" "omg" "ttyl" and etc. And the little smiley faces are cute ;) :P :)
