I just noticed that this group is featured this month. Perhaps that's why there's so many new members.

I reported it yesterday, but glad you've caught it Jenny.
PS, if you spot this stuff (it does happen at GR), there's a gray flag button by each post. Click there and follow through to report spam. GR doesn't like it any more than we do.
