Time Travel using a Sliver Bracelet [s]

I read this book a few years back. In it a girl whose mother dead is sent to live with her cousin (I think) in America. In the woods a old woman choose up and gives her a bracelet, I think it was silver. Later in the story she finds out she can travel through time using it. I believe the first time she does was on the night of her prom. She goes through the different possibles of what time travel does to the future and then figures out (The rest of this includes SPOILERS) it branches out to a new reality with ever change, even a alternate one where she is married with a little girl (?). When she is dieing she goes back in time and gives the bracelet to her younger self.

So any ideas on what this book was?
