Bella didn't even get all the bones in one of her arm broken and didn't have the bones taken away with magic and never had to regrow her bones in one night.
Bella might be bit by a vampire once but Basilisk's fang is even longer and even more fatal and Harry had his arm punctured by said fang.
Bella never played Quidditch. Or any kind of sport for that matter. She was so freakishly clumsy and helpless, which might be endearing in some people's eyes but definitely not everyone.
Bella didn't have a best friend like Hermione or Ron. She didn't make friends, period.
Bella never tried to break into a bank. Not once in her life.
There are many more reasons why I think Harry Potter is better than Twilight but I think what I have out in might give you some idea of what they are.
It was that Bella never really went through much like Harry did. Even Neville had more stories of adventure to tell than she did.
