I only read it last year Melissa, and then proceeded to consume the rest of the books in a week. Its an EXCELLENT series!

You're welcome! I hope you enjoyed it. I still haven't had a chance to read my pick it for me rec.

I've already mentioned I read If you dare and loved it, but just wanted to say I read Hugh and Ethan's books, and they're just as amazing!!! Thanks again for the rec:-D

I'm planning to start
Beyond the Highland Misttomorrow.
How does this buddy read thing work?"
You have to agree with the person you are buddy reading when to start the book, you start it around the same time and discuss it. ;)

Wow, you have a lot on your TBR list. Not making it easy on me here. ;) Here are my picks for you, hope you find something you like!
Hey Erin, just finished Jewels of the Sun by Nora Roberts and gave it 3 stars... it was an interesting read and I enjoyed the ending quite a bit since I have a soft spot for happy endings.
I also got Graceling and will try to read it soon, I've heard it's a great book!

Awww Kate... so happy you liked it!
oh just thinking about Rhage's book makes me go all dreamy like... isn't he a sweetheart? *sighs*
And now you get to read Z's story... ooooh let me tell you, you're in for a treat!!
Rhage might be my No. 1 brother but Z's a close second, a very very close one.
A little warning, this books are highly addictive, I'm not kidding, there's a huge bunch of people waiting for the next fix... just 9 days left for Lover Unleashed.

I finished Madman Underground! Thanks so much for the pick. It was pretty good."
I'm glad you liked it! Since that was my "Culture Shock" (a.k.a. never heard of it) pick I only picked it because it looked interesting but I really had no clue. Would you recommend reading it?

Thanks for the great recommendations- I have read Jewels of the Sun, which I really liked, and I am definitely going to now read Tears of the Moon & Heart of the Sea.

Uhm, maybe xD. It would honestly depend. It has a lot of profanity, but it's a bit like a coming of age story and it has a nice ending so it is possible to get through. (And surprisingly is really good.) I wouldn't normally read it though, and it comes down to your humor level and if your just into "that." If you read an excerpt you can get the feel of it pretty quickly.

I had planned on reading 3 but I can't get one of them from the library. :(

What did you think of Stormwalker Cathy?

Thanks for the great recommendations- I have read Jewels of the Sun, which I really liked, and I am definitely going to now read Tears of the Moon & Heart of the Sea."
I just did a read of this trilogy - it constantly amazes me that NR's skill in writing means that what I would normally think of as one big irish cliche she manages to make a charming (if sentimental) tale.

I'll look for an excerpt. Thanks!

Just finished The Spymaster's Lady and I enjoyed it. I have had this on my radar for a while thanks for the push to read it!

With a title like that, I was pleasantly surprised myself. i actually thought it was good. I've only read two Julie James books and keep meaning to read more.

I am so excited to pick for you. We have a lot of books in common so it wasn't all that hard. If you don't see anything you are interested in reading, I am more than happy to try again..."
Hi Lethal Lovely - I finished Archangel's Consort a couple of days ago. I didn't think it would arrive in time, as I've been on the waiting list at the library for ages!
I love that series, too... so pleased it arrived.
I had actually just read Alien Tango, just before March. Oh well...
And, I'm currently reading Destined for an Early Grave.
Thanks for the recs!

I finished reading The Knife of Never Letting Go and although the story wasn't bad, I ended up hating the main character so I'll definitely won't continue reading the trilogy.

I keep looking at this book but never quite push the to read button. It's hard when you hate a main character. Been slowed down by the flu/sinus infection and work-related reading. Starting my book NOW.

I just finished One Foot in the Grave and I absolutely loved it! I gave it the five stars the first would've gotten had it had a happier ending. I don't usually mind the characters not having a HEA in a series, I just didn't like it happening to Bones. This one definitely ended on a better note and won't leave me going to bed rewriting the ending. Thank you for the fantastic recommendation!!!

Stormwalker by Allyson James 3/21

I read Vittorio: The Vampire by Anne Rice, as recommended to me by Cynthia. I've never read an Anne Rice novel before, but was excited to dip my toes into the classic vampire genre (because I just don't equate Twilight with classic vampire novels).
Anyway, the book was a bit slow to pick up, and I wasn't entirely convinced of Vittorio's "love" for Ursula. Seemed more like lust to me. But, I was still intrigued by the descriptions of the Court of the Ruby Grail and really wanted to know how he became a vampire.
Overall, I liked it, though wasn't super psyched about it- I guess it's just not quite my cup of tea. But I'm glad I tried something new!

Sue-I finished [book:The Adoration of Jenna Fox this morning. Full five stars. A disturbing YA book that leaves you with more questions than you can answer. Once I started it, I could barely put it down. Thanks for getting it off my TBR.
