I agree. I didn't like it when she switched it around and put it in Jacob's point of veiw.
It was sort of comfusing.
But I still loved the book.

i rally dont like jacob. he insults edward. bella gets upset. jacob says sorry. and bella forgives him. it just is soooo anoying! seriously! i know edward calls jacob a dog occasionally but jacob is sooo anoying and rude! though i do say the actor who is playing him is pretty cute. I remember after i finnished twilight i told my freinds that i didnt like jacob, but some of them said that i would start liking him better after i read the second book. boy they were wrong!
wow sarah. i wonder...it would be like...jeeze! thats hard!!! but yah to bad we'll probably never know because the series is over. :(
i thought it was funny how bella got all freaked out on jacob once he imprinted. serves him right.
well replying to codi, if it was bell'a point of view it would be very boring because she would just go on about how much pain she was in and how much she didnt want her baby to die. we wouldnt know what was going on because bella didnt know what was happening either!
They could have just cut the jacob part out, and done it a bit from bella's pov. i still don't like jacob. and ESPECIALLY not after New Moon.
At first, when I read New Moon, I was like: "wth what is this guy doing here!? why doesn't Edward come back already!!" However, later, after reading all the four books, I read New Moon again, and I was almost sorry Bella had Edward (who is just so much better than Jake) because, in Jacob's own words, if the world was "normal" and there was no such thing as vampires and shape-shifters, Jake realy would be perfec for Bella. So, in some weird way, I was almost sad they didn't end up toghether. However, I stand by my first ideas: EDWARD IS JUST PERFECT!

There are few chapters that are in the begining of the book.

i was in the middle b4 reading Breaking Dawn.. i couldnt decide who was better Jacob or Edward.. but seriously did anyoneelse feel like punching Jacob in the nose when he just walked out & left Bella 2 die.. and then again when he imprinted on Nessie? thats when i picked my side (apart 4rm the fact the hes soo hot, hes definetly a better guy) *TEAM EDWARD*
well, i think my point of view changed when i read from his point of view. i hated him so much when i was done with eclipse!! then i liked him, then i hated him SO MUCH when i found out that he imprinted on Renesmee!! but i really dont understand this whole imprinting thing..i mean, shes half human half vamp!! so, wouldnt jacob hate her too? im confused..can someone explain?
**Caution-Spoiler if you haven't finished BD**The question that came up for me was on the imprinting thing.When Reneseme is fully grown, in about 6 yrs, and her and Jacob get together, will he start aging again? I mean she will stop aging at a certain point as is evident from the amazon guy. The things that make you go Hmmmm

While this would be a great love-story twist (he starts aging again while she remains perpetually 17), Meyer doesn't have the balls to do it. Her whole freaking story ends with such a neat little bow. Going off on a tangent...it just really irritated me how Bella gets everything she wants.
Spoilers (if it matters): She was supposed to choose between Edward, who cannot give her a normal life, and Jacob, who can give her that normal life, but lets face it, he's kind of a hot head. So she chooses Edward and decides she wants to be a vampire. Great, live with it. Miraculously she gets pregnant...but the baby is going to kill her. Fine. Oh but she gets to have the baby and then she is turned into a vampire. How convenient. Even more convenient, for some strange reason she isn't the typical "newborn." Nice. More drama - the baby is aging quickly and will be dead before she's 15. But wait! For some reason halflings get to 17 and stop aging. Wow. Didn't see that one coming. And they all live happily ever after. One more thing: Bella doesn't have to lose Jabob either, because he imprinted on Renesmee. How sweet is that?
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the books, really. I'm just irritated at the ending. There are no consequences, alls well that ends well.
I kinda agree, tho i LOVED all the books, including BD, the ending was rather lame. happy happy joy joy!
I think he might start aging again eventually. It doesn't say that as long as there are Vampires around he will be a shapshifter. It says that once he can control his temper he will stop being one. It also says that people in the trib will be shapshifters. In the stories that were told at the bonfire it talks about the tribe leader stoped aging and his sons took over the pack until his sons were killed and he could no longer hold his temper and he changed, but it does talk about him aging and being old in that story.
what i kinda got from it was that when they wanted to they could start aging again...i probably wrong but w.e
I like the ending very much. I did felt weird about Jacob and Renesmee. But then i change my mind the more i read the book and how he protecter her. that was cute. I do wonder about how the relationship is going to work. I wonder also why Jacob could be so inlove with Bella and then stop and imprinting on Renesmee, but then to me it made lots of sense because of the love he had for Bella he accepted Renesmee and also Bella as vampire that was cool the way it turn out.

He just didn't realize that Bella was the vessel, so to speak. That's why when Bella gave birth, he didn't feel drawn to her anymore. The part he loved was no longer inside Bella.
I never had a problem with the Jacob/Renesmee thing. I definitely did not see it coming. What I didn't like was that Bella gets EVERYTHING she wants. No real choices, no consequences, no regrets, no sacrifices. The universe just delivers it to her.
I don't hate happy endings, but there has to be a compromise. I wish Meyer could have at least stuck with Bella choosing Edward over Jacob. Finding a way to finagle Jacob back in is a cop-out. It's like she didn't want to piss off half her fan base, so she was like "ok, we'll make the vampires and werewolves allies...and Jacob will fall in love with Bella's daughter. Brilliant!"
Even the Volturi weren't that scary. I never for a minute felt the suspense that the Cullens might actually lose. Bella gets this superpower that evenly matches her with the omnipotent Volturi...how convenient.
Don't even get me started on how Bella was allowed to skip the newborn phase.
I probably shouldn't compare to Harris' Southern Vampire series, but at least Sookie has to make decisions that follow her into each book.
he loved bella, but he wasn't imprinted w her--he could just "stop" for many reasons 1. he finally imprinted--he found his real love Nessie 2. bella was always taken so even if he stopped or started all over it wouldnt matter b/c he cant have her. yah i thought they mite lose too--it was a little too quick of...well not even...a battle. nothing happen besides bella proving she had her sheild and tht it worked and stuff

i completely agree w/ u! i guess bella had to go thru alot of stuff to be w/ edward like the whole vampire thing and every1 after her all the time but she kind of got everything any girl would ever want, the perfect guy with the perfect family and ur beautiful forever. and it only happened in a year

I REALLY DON`T LIKE JACOB, BUT I`M GLAD THAT HE FIND SOMEONE TO FINALLY BE WITH, I MEAN AFTER EVERY THE SUFFERING THAT HE HAS, HE DESERVES HAPINNES.
