Somehow I was able to sign in to an empty account by using a different logon from the one I normally use. Pretty strange. I think their system must have hiccupped some time when I was trying to log in. I am going to try to get them to deactivate the "phantom" account.
They were very quick to respond.
just minutes ago I made a purchase using one of my credits. It did not download nor does it appear in "my library". I have emailed Audible we shall see how it is handled. I have had minor download problems in the past all have been resolved.
Apparently there is a problem with the specific book download that may take weeks to resolve. Audible has restored my credit

I've found them very prompt and gracious when I've called them for help. I know that I've bought a book using a credit when I meant to just pay for it because it was less than the cost of the credit.


I've emailed them.
Has this ever happened to anyone here?
