Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments I could definitely live on cheese.
But I can't survive without my sister....

message 152: by Emily (new)

Emily Johnson | 211 comments Yeah, it would be hard to live without my parents. But maybe if i had a roommate?

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments That would be helpful. Especially if she had the patience to get me out of bed every morning.

message 154: by Emily (new)

Emily Johnson | 211 comments That would definitely have to be a trait of any roommate I ever have. I just cannot wake up to alarm clocks.

message 155: by [deleted user] (new)

You know you're a writer if you want to kill every single person who disses your favorite character.

message 156: by Emily (new)

Emily Johnson | 211 comments Who is your favorite character? *pulls out a notepad to write answer down so as to write a note to self*

message 157: by [deleted user] (new)

Mitchell. Carlos. Dawes.

And no, you can't have him.

message 158: by Emily (new)

Emily Johnson | 211 comments Sigh. But if you're both happy, then I guess I'll just have to live with that. :D

message 159: by [deleted user] (new)

Eh, he's not happy with me. But he's married in my story, so it's all good.

message 160: by Emily (new)

Emily Johnson | 211 comments Oh, a married guy. Well, we've all been there before.
Actually, I've never written a character old enough to be married.

WHO DISSED MITCH I WILL KILL SOMEONE.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments If somebody disses Rhea, I will...you don't want to know.

Jordan, The Picture Magician (aka Probie) (thepicturemagicianakaprobie) | 2218 comments No, i don't think I do.

One of my friends dissed Hart and I told him I would kill him in his sleep.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments B-b-b-but Hart is pure awesomeness! Why would someone diss him? :(

Jordan, The Picture Magician (aka Probie) (thepicturemagicianakaprobie) | 2218 comments Becuase they have no heart or soul.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments Hmm. I have come up with some other reasons:
They are not a writer.
They do not recognize his awesomeness.
Their brain had some temporary damage and they weren't thinking clearly.

I don't have any married characters either! D: Unless you count Alice who's marrying Hayden... so... yeah, okay. I do have married characters.

message 169: by tesni (new)

tesni (akhmatova) | 5031 comments I don't have any married ones, either. Except Florence & Alistair in the 2010 NaNo with the Constantly Changing Title. Do they count? They're the main character's parents. They play pretty big roles in the flashbacks and such in the book.
Aside from those two, I don't really have any other ~important married characters. Most of my characters are too young, or just aren't really in a position to marry.

I have married parents in my stories ... I think.
Wow, actually I can only think of one set of married parents. Who are alive. O_o

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments I have married parents, but none of the main characters are getting married.

Well. I also have a pair of main characters who are married in the sequel/companion book ... but it's like, 20+ years later. :P

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments So it's like in the epilogue?

Jordan, The Picture Magician (aka Probie) (thepicturemagicianakaprobie) | 2218 comments I have no married characters. I usually don't try to put romance into my stories as much as some other writers because a) I suck at writing romance and 2) I feel like everything in romance is so overdone it's hard to not be cliche. Plus, most of my stories take place in situations where romance is out of place. (ex. Prison, being held hostage, etc.)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Pssh. There can be romance in prison. My true love is a cement pole.

If an entire book counts as an epilogue ... then yesss I guess?

Mandy Harmon (mandyharmon) | 10724 comments ....Or when you can't sleep well at night because all the computer waves are killing your brain cells and making you stay up and be an insomniac and your fingers are in a constant motion of typing.

YES. I have a callous on my thumb from writing.

message 189: by Ingrid (new)

Ingrid When everyone you meet, you say to them, "You remind me of so and so." "Who?" They ask. "Oh, one of my characters."

*cough cough*
I have the weirdest fingers ever XD
1. They're super long
2. I have the weird bumps from writing.
3. I play violin, so I have weird pads on my left hand and whenever I bang my fingers against something, I feel nothing.

message 191: by tesni (new)

tesni (akhmatova) | 5031 comments I have callouses on some of the fingertips on my left hand from too much guitar and double bass :D

message 192: by Emilie (new)

Emilie (emiiieee) | 33 comments I have one on my middle finger from pressing too hard on my pencil when I write in "intense mode" ;P

Zian42 | 44 comments You know when you are a writer when all you can think about is the next scene in your story.
