MrsJoseph *grouchy* (mrsjoseph) | 7282 comments Nice bookshelves!

@Jason - It's going ok, I guess. Nothing much to look at.

Hopefully, anyway! :)

Tracey (stewartry) I know I have a Gandalf around here somewhere ...

Gwynna (inkjade) Woo, look at all these gorgeous bookshelves! Mine are fairly boring by comparison, and I only have a pic of one out of 6. Here's hoping I do this right...

Please excuse the fierce yellow paint. :)

I'm not sure that I can. *goes blind* ;>

Gwynna (inkjade) Hah, sorry. :D

My DH was all but whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy when I picked that color, but I held on to that paint can like grim death. It's almost as effective as coffee, for my morning writing routine. :)

And unicorns. Don't forget the unicorns. And maybe a dragon or 3.....

colleen the convivial curmudgeon (blackrose13) I like dragons. My house is populated by dragons. And a few wizards. And a thestral. Don't have any unicorns, though.

You can see my bookcases (and Harry Potter collectibles) via my profile pics: http://www.goodreads.com/photo/user/1...

I am very fortunate to have an office/library in our home :) My wife has a craftroom. Fair trade-off ;)

Jason (darkfiction) | 3204 comments Gwynna, I love the bookshelf. I also love the color of the walls. It suits the room! Gives it an old fashioned 1800s feel.

Joe, I love your bookshelves too!

Mine are chaotic. I'd love to get some wizard and perhaps some horror figurines to go on top, but the tops of my booksheves are covered with boxes of....you guesed it, more books. LOL

I need more room!

message 113: by Gwynna (new)

Gwynna (inkjade) Thanks Jason! Most of the reason I picked that room is the built-ins, alas not shown in that pic. It came with three bookshelves right in the walls. Heaven.

Having hung out in this thread I'm really starting to feel the lack of dragon figurines. I only have a lion, some frogs, and an antelope. Time to get on that. :)
