I love books. Lots. So far, I am in love with The Hunger Games. It is my latest fav. There are others but I would not bore with long details.
I think you should know that I have a secret wish of training as a spy in a Korean training company to be K-pop idols and collecting datas on how those idols have such gorgeous bodies.
Which I don't think I will ever be because I am barely five foot five. I live in Malaysia, where summer reigns eternally and the girls are not tall enough to reach into the fourth shelf in the supermarket and the shelf was barely six feet high.
I am babbling. Sorry, but you got the gist of who I am. So... let's ride!!

Oh yes we are :) Fantasy and YA Addicted Book Club
Hi, thank-you for the welcome :)

Hey I'm Michaela. I'm from Australia and I love reading books. I also love music and movies. I hate it when the movie turns out to be nothing like the book. -But books are always better.

i full heartedly agree with this statement :)

Syafiqah, what a GORGEOUS name! what does it mean?
And Cheryl, hello, another Canadian YA author here! *waves*

I'm from Belgium. I love reading young adult, paranormal romance, ..
& I can't wait for City of Fallen Angels ;D

I'm Guinevere. I love Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, and Percy Jackson. I have many others. I love science fiction, fantasy, and teen crisis books. I'm absolutely IN LOVE with Finnick Odair from the Hunger Games. I love music, too!

oh and i have loved the color blue as long a i can remember.

I'me DevilRebel62!
I tend to play games too much..
My mum get's mad at me for buying too many books...
I LOVE GAMES LIKE:
DEVIL MAY CRY 4
C.O.D BLACK OPS
HALO REACH
DEUS EX
I am canadian and damn, damn proud of it!
My favourite singer is Nelly.. Not Nelly Furtad.. JUST NELLY.. SINGER OF JUST A DREAM AND OTHER STUFF!

Thus my first book HAD to be YA, and much of it set in Holland The Blackberry Bush; and it also shows influences from my other two fave writers (also Dutch) Harry Mulisch and Cees Nooteboom.
So my goal is to bring, into English, YA lit in the spirit of Dutch fiction. Should read "fresh" to our eyes.
Thanks for including me in the group.
BTW: I am a surfing instructor in California

I love to write as well, but my favorite series are dystopian novels such as the Hunger Games Series, Maze Runner Series, Gone Series and Forest of Hands and Teeth. I also love a good paranormal/supernatural novel as well as regular fantasy or a good teen romance novel.

Hey i'm jessie!
Nice to meet every1 :)

When I am older I would love to be an author (living in a nice apartment in London!). I am currently working on 4 different manuscripts, for 4 very different plots/settings/genres. Unfortunately, none of them are getting much attention at the moment.
Cant wait to join group discussions :)

My name is Brian Rowe, and I just wanted to introduce to all of you my debut YA paranormal romance novel HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME, which is now available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble!
It tells of a high school senior who starts aging a whole year of his life with each passing day! It has comedy, romance, magic, and betrayal... it's a super fun read!
It's the first chapter in a trilogy... I'd love to get some feedback and see what all you YA lovers think of it! Check it out! :)

My favorite book series is the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld, and has been since 6th grade. Seriously. If you haven't read it yet you have not LIVED! The Midnighters and Leviathan series by the same author are also some of my favorites.
I like a wide variety of book genres. I'd say I'm drawn to dystopian novels and scifi/fantasy. Some books I really enjoyed that just stick out in my mind, in no particular order, are The Hunger Games, Series of Unfortunate Events, The Keys to the Kingdom (Garth Nix)...so on :)
