My name is Bryn. I would love to make some bookish friends. I’m new here and can go on forever about books. I will befriend anyone as long as they don’t promote hate. I also take book recommendations the way kids take candy. I’d love to support more indie authors, so please share any titles from indie authors of color. Let’s connect.

Has anyone read The Last Unicorn by Peter Beagle? It's one of my favorites!

Hi! Im Rachel, and asking me to pick my favorite book is like asking a mother to pick a favorite child 😂lol

If you love YA Epic Fantasy and slow-burn romance, with faes, royalty, and warriors this is the one for you.
Secrets emerge, long-buried rivalries resurface, and Avalynn and Mateo must form an unlikely alliance if they are to make it out of the hunt alive. Not to mention the undeniable pull growing between them neither one saw coming.

SO glad for you.
That is what happened to me. I was a teacher and the middle school I taught at began reading the Hunger Games as a school wide read. Just a bit every day...Suffice it to say I basically accosted the school librarian to let me take a copy home. I read the whole series and never looked back. I am outrageously grateful to Good Reads and the local librarians. I even joined a paranormal book club. Did not know there were folks who loved it like me. Happy reading on your rediscovered journey!

I mainly read e-books, and collect shiny versions of my favourite physical books to keep on my bookshelf.
Some of my favourite book series are:
the House of Night series
Eragon
a Deadly Education
The Maze Runner

My name's Matt and I'm a thirty six year old English author. I've just completed my first book, The Gamer and as it's about a seventeen year old video gamer, I wondered if I could post about it on here and see if anybody is interested? If somebody could inform me as to what's permitted and what isn't, that would be great! Thanks
