Hi to whoever is actually reading this! My name is Sandy and I adore reading YA, even though I'm much more A than Y!I'm a mom with two wonderful children...well, make that 2 and a half, as one is only wonderful half the time:>)
I'm fairly new to goodreads and have been having a blast on this site. I'm excited about joining this group and can't wait to read along with all of you!
Some of my favorite YA books are Harry Potter, Holes, and anything Meg Cabot (but my favorite is the Mediator series).
I'm excited to start my first Cassandra Clare book (insert shocked gasps here from everyone who can't believe I haven't read her books yet...I know, I know, Will Herondale is super hot, or so I've heard)! Nice to meet you, person who is reading this post!

Mort by Terry Pratchett V for Vendetta - Alan Moore and Frankenstein - Mary Shelley. There are plenty more but they're my go to books!Oh I almost forgot to say I am a aspiring author too, my first release is out on Kindle, yay!

Well Hello everybody, I'm 18 and my wattpad/onread/scribd/weheartit/goodreads name is Never_more_enchanted, but most of my friends call my Jasz, I don't mind, you can chose between those two but my real name: remains a mystery for everyone mwoahhaha (evil laugh)My greatest love in life are books (YA books more precisely) I actually read all kinds of books as long as the books have a happy ending and are fictions. Because I always imagine myself to be the main character in the story, if she loses the man she loves, I will be depressed for the rest of the week, not being able to think about anything else, and trying to think of a whole lot of 'what if' scenarios ... I HATE THOSE ... =D

Hello all, just joined this group and I also fall into the "more A than Y category" (nice, Sandy;)). Some of my favourite YA fantasy authors are Megan Whalen Turner, Suzanne Collins, Laini Taylor, Kenneth Oppel, Lena Coakley, Elizabeth C. Bunce, and of course JK Rowling. Not fantasy, but I read Dodie Smith's "I Capture The Castle" when I was 13, loooong ago, and I still think it's one of the best books I've ever read. Wonderful first line: "I write this sitting in the kitchen sink." And it just gets better from there ;).

Hola! I'm Komal and currently a second year student of my bachelors in dental surgery. As much as my academics have robbed me of all my leisures in life, reading is one hobby I can never give up.I'm just getting acquainted with YA novels (my previous genres were mostly thriller and mystery).
My favourite one by far has to be The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. That one touched a vital part of my soul.
Easy by Tammara Webber was a pleasant read as well.
I hope to be able to discuss my favourite books here since no one in my social circle is much of a reader, which sucks really.

Bonjour! Hello! My name is Faye, a graduating uni student from the Philippines. I'm really swamped with schoolwork but I always manage to finish at least one book every 2-3 days. I write reviews as much as I can, negative or positive, on my blog. I recently read Cinder by Marissa Meyer and it was an awesome read. My favorites though are The Enemy series by Charlie Higson, the Unearthly series, The Across the Universe series, The First Law trilogy, etc. etc. There are too many to count!
