"Well, since it's not JUST about LEARNING to change a pin to a feather, it is obviously more about ACTUALLY changing a pin to a feather. So, instead of primarily learning about the concepts, we will be practicing them?" Carley of Slytherin guessed.

"VERY good, Carley! I wasnt sure if anyone would get that." Professor Roberts said, smiling.

Nyx, who wasn't a social girl at all and therefore didn't have many friends, groaned. With her luck she would end up with Carley. Jerk.

Erin looked over at her sister's best friend, Carley. She would probably have to work with her. maybe if she was lucky she would be in the same group as that smart girl Nyx....

Carley was desperate for her friend, Tesseract, considering that without her she was quite alone. Carley sighed. She bitterly thought to herself, "Why must I be so smart?"

Danielle Foxx wondered who would possibly want to associate with her. She could easily turn a rat into a goblet but she couldn't make friends nearly as easily.

Professor Roberts swept her gaze over her panicked class, and held back a laugh.

"We will be drawing names out of a hat. Everyone write you name on a piece of parchment, then put it in. Then draw out your wands and when i get to you, use the Accio spell on the pieces of parchment, and your partners name will fly to you. Questions?"

"No," said Nyx. She wrote her name on a piece of parchment and threw her name into the hat.

((Since I would be braking a rule of roleplay by saying that the rest of the students followed suit (that would be the one about controlling other characters), I am going to wait patiently for the other people to do it themselves. *hums while waiting*))
