If you are new to how we do things here at Wild Things please read this for information on our book club.
From 2010 we will be choosing our themes a few months in advance. This will help things run a lot smoother.
We will put the longlist of themes you nominate through a randomiser: http://www.random.org/lists/ to generate a shortlist of 4-5 themes for you to vote on. The theme with the most votes wins.
For special times of the year i.e February we will of course include the appropriate theme.
There will be no more monthly category choosing topics. This will be the only one. We will keep an updated version of the list in this post and any alterations or editions will be included.
Any discussion about categories may be carried out here, any special requests, questions, queries etc.
If you wish to add to the list you may do so here. We will be trying to keep it tidy though so may remove some but that doesn't mean they won't come back.
Books in the regular category will not count against the themes. So remember, even if your preferred theme does not come up or does not win you may still vote for any book of your choice in the first category.
