I saw that most of you use those DIY wall shelves. Kaya ba nya ng maraming hardbounds? My books have taken up the floor of my room and my bed. I'm thinking of using those diy shelves kaso baka bumigay. I'm scared that they might fall and hit me on the head while I'm sleeping :)

since i have my kindle now, ebooks na ko mostly. etong shelf na to ay for those book series that i'm still collecting, and HB books that i like.

the rest, na-dispose ko na.

although i still have my sweet valley series and love stories books, nakabox na sila under my bed.

pati ung books na i don't like, nakabox na din, for disposal na.

I'm still missing a few books.

"Ang Mga Kaibigan Ni Mama Susan" and "Eclipse" have been borrowed as well as a few of my archie comics. I lost "Bakit Baliktad..." during bagyong Ondoy. I'm planning to buy a new copy though.

Others such as my Full House Michelle and Stephanie collection are in storage and my school books have been either given away or disposed. although I did keep about 4-5 of them as reference.

@Ken: Yeah, I'm really enjoying Flashpoint. I've read the 2nd issue and the cliffhanger was crazy. I don't know how would DC RE-REVIVE that character AGAIN. lol

I just started buying singles during the Brightest Day event. Good thing, $2.99 parin for the standard 32-page(although 20 story pages nalang) comic book. Unlike Marvel.

My faves... hmm.. I love everything written by Moore, Miller, Morrison and Busiek. Pero all-time favorite DC event ko ang Identity Crisis. Have you read it? Solid book. Parang hindi superhero comics. Man, dun ako bumilib sa DC. :) Galing ni Brad Meltzer at Rags Morales. Naluha ako. lol

Blackest Night is pure fun! Mainly because of Geoff Johns' Emotional Spectrum concept. The colors! The oaths!

I envy you! Do you still have a copy of the 1st printing of Killing Joke? The one I have is re-colored by Brian Bolland.

I still like Alan Moore even though he's being grumpy these days. I understand him. Moore's works and ideas are still being used without acknowledging the man. Just like the Blackest Night event, the event's concept is from Moore's Green Lantern short story, "Tygers". Yes, it's the company's property but I don't remember Johns talked about himself making a story out of Moore's concept. And now we have Swamp Thing back in the DCU. Again, the Swamp Thing we have now is based on Alan Moore's culmination of the character. But who gives a F? Alan Moore is a grumpy old man and we love him. I enjoy Johns' stories, too!

Have you heard the news about DC's company-wide reboot/renumbering? I'm being cynical about the idea but hey, it's DC. I'll give it a try. Geoff Johns and Jim Lee are savoring every single minute of their free reign now in DC and I like it!
