If it will follow Watchmen and V, From Hell should be a LOT better in the novel than in the movie :-)

Hi Tina, yes it is. My room is one of my dad's 'unfinished projects' as you can see the wood treatments are not done yet and it's been like that for 2 years. Still I do love my room =)

And you should definitely have hanging shelves, they save space.

Having big, sturdy shelves (hardwood, hah! :D) for my books is my lifelong dream. For now, I will content myself in storing them inside big plastic containers. After the flood brought by Typhoon Frank in 2008 which damaged ALL my books including my lawbooks (waah!), I'm terrified of displaying my recently acquired books inside the shelves. Maybe, when I get to have a second-floor room someday. :)

It took me a while to collect the Death Note manga (yung iba ni-request pa through Comic Odyssey). Got the DN books from Bibliarch :-)

How come nobody mentions the Rurouni Kenshin (aka Samurai X) manga? haha

Napakaayos naman ng mga bookshelves na yan ha ha!
Magpi-picture taking nga ako bukas ha ha. Ako may bookselves pero di na kasya kaya sa cabinet tops, table tops, sidetable tops, Orocan plasticwares, under the bed, etc. Parang makikita na ninyo lahat ng nooks and corners ng bahay namin kapag nag-picture taking ako ha ha. Imagine 1,300+ tbr and 300 read books! Ha ha. Plus may trade books related to my career, profession and college courses. Ewan. Wag na lang kaya. Kakahiya.

In fairness naman to Twilight, the spines look good on the shelves. Regardless of what it contains. :P Yung set ko binaha, so they are no longer on my shelf.

Although hindi yun ang napansin ko. Karamihan nakita ko merong GONE. :P

One word: ENVIOUS!

I used to have my own bookshelf/study when I was in high school, but it hardly had any books because, well, walang bookstores sa amin. :|

When I got my own room, my bed was a double deck one so I turned the upper bed into a shelf of sorts. Now, I'm moving out and my books are in plastic boxes. Still scouting for bookshelves on sale. I'll try to post before and after pics. :)
