There is also a made for TV movie (I think) that come out this year in the UK. From what i saw it looks pretty darn good for a tv movie, a lot better then the ones we have here in the states. Discworld trailer:

The TV movie was brilliant. I was surprised at how close to the book it was. It really helped me to visualize/flesh out the characters in my mind.
Garrrrr.. It seems its not up on netflix or Blockbuster to rent. However I did find a site that has it up to watch. I am not sure if posting the link here will over step the forum rules, so i will wait and check up on that be for posting it here (If your a mod let me know ^^). But if you are interested PM me and I can send you the link.
So you can't rent it? Was it on the BBC? I don't think posting the link for the movie is a bad thing Fidrox. I post links all the time. Unless it's from like Kazaa or something then I think it's all good.
I seen they have Hogfather on Netflix and just put it on my list. I'm interested to see how it turns out.
It's a Discworld "Christmas" story. To be honest, it was one of my least favorites, but I also have it on my netflix list. I'm definitely interested in seeing the world visualized.
I watched 'Hogfather' when it was broadcast last year. Knowing nothing about Discworld, I didn't have the memory of a book to compare it to. I found the acting to be uneven, which was disappointing because one of the main roles was played by a fave Brit actor of mine, Mark Warren. Overall, though, I enjoyed it.
Hogfather was shown in the US and is availalbe on DVD.As far as I know, Color of Magic has only been shown in the UK and there is not a US showing or DVD release of it yet.
I would be willing to bet that there are some instances of the Color of Magic showing up on YouTube...or if you use a special attenae...

It's called The Art of Discworld: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Art_....
