Please combine Interesting Times by terry Pratchett with all the other editions.

The edition is correct as ePub along with the page numbers as the ISBN number is for the ePub edition as shown at BooksOnBoard.

Thanks!

Andy | 136 comments Just stumbled across this tonight. Shouldn't http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/99...

be one more edition of
http://www.goodreads.com/work/edition...

I need to re-re-read the section on when to combine.

Thanks,
Andy

Beth (bethjustbeth) | 1568 comments You are correct. It's another edition of the same book. The problem was that one listed the author as Robert Heinlein, the other listed his as Robert A. Heinlein. I added the "A." in his name and combined them. :)

Thanks, Beth, but... I found another one. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/98...

I feel pretty confident that it is one MORE edition, but I've never actually combined anything. Do you just check the individual book that shows up on the combine page, check the group of editions that you want to combine it with, and then click the [combine editions] button at the bottom of the page? That would be my guess, but I'd rather look like a fool for asking than to screw up and be one.

The kindle edition I asked about before is still showing as separate. Is that one of the instances where it won't actually show as combined until the next database refresh or is there some other explanation?

Thanks again to all,
Andy

Beth (bethjustbeth) | 1568 comments No, you're right. It looks like one more edition to me, too. And yes, that's how you do it. The trick is to make sure the author's name is entered the same way (like in the previous one, the "A." would cause the other editions to not show...the database thinks it's a different author.

If it makes you feel better, I feel the same way...I'll post the questions, rather than screw something up! (I just posted one, myself...probably over thinking the question, but had to ask)

:)
