standard friday uni. fav jeans. a shirt that is comfortable but appropriate, slip on shoes and speed racer underwear
Perfect except I'm not sure that a Grey t-shirt that says "Whose the Paddy?" could be deemed as appropriate.
Dear Kevin or anybody,I'm desperate. I've been powerless for 3 days due to Hurricane Irene. When the hell will I get my power back. The food spoiled and I'm broke til pay day. And, I dropped a bottle of pickles on my foot and now I smell like a pickle and im even more pissed. Help! Errrrr....
-signed, so damn frustrated
Suefly, if your power is off, how do you turn on your computer to post on Goodreads? Are you a witch? Or a magical angel?P.S. Sorry to hear about the pickle stench. It will get better.
No. Should I? What is it? Ahhhhhhh!I'm a bit of Luddite when it comes to technology. The only reason I have a charged phone (ditto with owning an I-Phone) is because my hubby reminded me prior to his deployment to charge my phone in my truck.
No Suefly, don't stress. Charging it in the truck is obviously working. I thought it was interesting yesterday on NPR, folks were talking about what they kept in their disaster kits--water, food, toys for the kids, etc. Someone mentioned a solar charger and I thought it sounded cool. The host mentioned her grandmother's disaster kit which included Sterno, canned goods and a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Suefly wrote: "now I smell like a pickle"That's not necessarily a bad thing.
Sorry things suck right now.

When all else fails, at least The Holy Mother could be counted on for company...or, a room at the inn?

Dill, or sweet?
Dill, or sweet?
yes, she did show you a shower drain. it is not HER shower drain as she is too sneaky to give any clues about her true identity

Yep, same with church pew. I know forensics would be able to trace that pew back to me.

yeah LG, i was using image mapping software to reverse engineer your location based on the church pew pic to no avail
Kevin, I was able to trace you to Kokomo by triangulating your IP address, the digital signature of your deep fried turkey video, and the fillings in your teeth. I have it down to a 2-block radius now.
Not gout, not fungus, but I think a combination of cold weather and slightly small shoes worn with big thick socks might have something to do with it. I'm wearing thinner socks now and it has temporarily stopped. It will come back, though.
i don't think it's trench foot. is it all the little piggies or just ones that went to market or stayed home?
ah, your two big toes with your third big toe being unaffected. well, as the poet meat loaf said "don't feel bad, 'cause two outta three ain't bad."
