The "Dark Tides" Series by Devyn Quinn

I really want to read this series, but I haven't gotten around to it. It seems very romancey, but then again, it sounds pretty interesting, what with the lost mermaid city and evil queen and all. Will you guys ever pick this one up?

I finished the first book and it was so good! I definitely recommend this series, but there are some scenes not intended for younger readers.

Yeah, but it wasn't like it was too bad. The book had lots of mer-action and there was even *spoiler* a war between evil Mers and good Mers that was actually pretty awesome. These mermaids definitely aren't Ariel. They're warriors with swords and daggers and laser beams. (Long story 'bout that last one...) :D

Yeah, this book was awesome! These mermaids were warriors. You'll probably like it, just skip the sex scenes. :D
