What the cluck is up lately with people whining about other people's To Read shelves? Who cares? I will put whatever I damm well please on my to read shelf. It's MY shelf!!!! If I want 800 books on there, I'll have 800 books on there. Mind your own damn business! And quit criticizing people for wanting to read. Geez.

As someone who has a massive to read shelf I agree. If I live to be 120 I might get through it all. Probably not, Because I WANT to read more then I can, so it will be growing all that time. But It allows me to pick books that I know I want to read, instead of wandering aimlessly through a book store.
They disguise it as whining about their own To Read shelves, but it doesn't take x-ray vision to see through that veil... Puh-Lease! The way I see it, our shelves are ours to do with as we please.
I can tell the difference in people sincerely complaining about their own shelves vs. criticizing other people's.
