CTF RP: Red Team Territory -- Game 1
Standing atop a rocky hill, red banner fluttering in the wind, Holly gazed down at her team, brows puckered in concentration. "Alright," she called down, stopping in her pacing at the top of the hill, armored and sword at the ready. "Everyone have their positions?"
((HOLLY NEEDS TO YAWN. NOW. XD))
Cassidy shifted, staring up at Holly, and gave a small nod. She fingered the dagger resting at her side, a flicker of fondness in her eyes.

Holly glanced down, sweeping her determined stormy gaze over the armed campers, winking at a specific one oh so casually before yawning. ((Slow and suckish posts, on the Nook. >,<))
Cassidy grinned up at her sister, amused at the sight of Bennett beginning to yawn as well. Ahh it never gets old.
Devon lounged in the shadows, watching Holly with disintrest. He sighed, flashing his sword in front of his eyes.
Drake stared down at the hand in his pocket. The one which held the dryad's whip. He would use it well. He promised her he would. A smirk grew. Yes, he would use it well.
"I'll guard," Evander spoke up suddenly. Airlia pushed past him with the rest of her cabin, Jace at her side. "Who's getting the flag?" she demanded, eyes flickering over the assembly and narrowing at Drake.
She'd start it now. And he would never know.
She'd start it now. And he would never know.
Once the noise of the group had gone down, and everyone seemed ready, Holly stepped up the the edge of the cliff. She regarded Evander with a nod, suspicion faint in her eyes. "Okay. Zeus and Athena at the front, all those with blades in such after, along with the archers. All the others, stay back and try to keep the Blue Team from advancing." Holly glanced at Airlia, a tad surprised. But she surely replied, "Me."
Drake felt nothing at first, nothing. He wouldn't look at the daughter of Eros, for he wasn't about to lose it in front of everyone. He stroked the curious materiel of the whip, reciting the two words he would need later on for anyone traveling in his direction.

Holly raised a brow and merely nodded, leaping down from her perch. "Let's move!" she called, making her way over to the front line of Ares and Zeus, leading the group.
Evander stood in front of the flag, strolling around it casually, axe slung on his shoulder. This is gonna be fun.
Devon frowned. "So much for a strategist." He muttered. With a flick of the hood, casting his careless features into shadows he jogged into battle.

Deon said not a word but leaned in to hear Holly's battle strategy. Swords? Sure. This Zeus boy had one. Flickers of lightning glimmered around the blade, signaling that the groove is so on. Deon was ready to play.
Meanwhile, Phoebe lingered to the rear and hurried to make the last minute blade sharpenings and armor repairs.
"You'll be the first to get whipped if you don't leave," Drake said to his sister, glaring down at her.
Cassidy raced after her sister, delight sparking in her eyes as she pulled her dagger from its sheath.

"Hello there," Airlia drawled, bumping Deon's hip with her own. "I see you're ready." Her own eyes were blazing with excitement, a fierce light shining in her face. And just because, she directed a smooth swell of magic towards the son of Phobos, using up most of her concentration doing so. "Wanna help me scout the Blue territory for the flag?"
Devon pulled out of the shadows in front of Drake. "Whipping innocence? My, my brother. You sure have reached the limit." He murmered, tilting his head.

"How many people yawned?" Holly asked her sister with a wide grin, running into the forest with incredible speed.
Jasmine hung back belt of daggers hung around her waist, dread clear in her face. I can't wait until this is over.

Sure enough, Deon forgot his helmet. AGAIN
Drake rolled his eyes. "That was before I had snakes." And he turned and walked towards another side of the area, where he could be alone.
"I think about five," Cassidy replied, frowning. "We'll try again after the game."
Deitra glanced over at her sister, smirking. "Worried?"

A faint smile graced Airlia's lips and she ran after Deon. "That would have been quite the dramatic exit if you hadn't forgotten to put on a helmet," she said with a charming laugh before heading off to the east.
"No," Jasmine replied, voice bitter. "I'm useless in battle," she muttered, feeling rather idiotic standing there.
"Darn, I hoped it would be more," Holly said, shrugging. "I guess they're too hyped," saying this, she leapt over a rock, nearing the creek, heart drumming in anticipation as she glanced around for Airlia.

"Right here," Airlia said breezily, stepping up near Holly and glancing back at Deon.
Minx, you're looking especially divine. Going to beat your record?

Deitra rolled her eyes. "No, you're not. Send vines to curl around their feet. It'll either distract them enough to make them stop, or trip them, if they're running fast enough."
Csasidy chuckled. "I know Hermes did. at least, some of them."

Tanja wrote: "Deon reached up and groaned. AGAIN! He blew a grateful kiss to Airlia on his way over to the armory. Backpedaling, he called out, "Save some for me!""
Airlia mimed catching it and throwing it over her shoulder, laughing, and turned back to Holly. "What's the battle plan?"

"Of course," Holly said to Elisa, bounding over to Airlia. "Good luck," she said to her, slipping into the thicker part forest.
Elisa frowned, eyes widening. "I thought we were supposed to stay here..." She whispered, but HAyley was gone. She swung herself back up into a tree.

Csasidy chuckled...."
"That's basic enough," Jasmine replied, though she already knew this, and the reluctance was still present in her voice.

Devon merged from the shadows, a devious grin on his face. "Do what you do best, and if you screw up everyone hates you." He advised, adding that Phobos touch to it.

*DOMO Kat* wrote: "Devon nodded. "I get that alot." He said. "I'm very unlikable. Very much like you." He added."
Deitra glared at him. "I suggest you shut the f*ck up and focus."

((He can make it anytime! ^^))
Red plume dancing with the movements of her stride, Airlia reached the creek, longsword flashing in the sun and eyes and helmet glittering alike. She seemed like the Amazons from old-- tall, beautiful, and utterly untouchable.

Devon grinned devishly. "Little party games like this are no concern to me." He said, eyes flicking to Airlia for a second and then back to Deitra.
Vonne grasped her boomerang tightly. "Shall I throw?" she asked to no one in particular.
