Sofia (fivesunflowers) | 7 comments I cannot find this book in any of my local libraries. Even when I look online at the online library catalog, nothing comes up... very strange. Any ideas why that might be?

If you were in the south I'd say you couldn't find it because of the obscenity/ sacrilegious nature of the book, but San Francisco?

The link above has a couple of libraries that carry it as well as (at the bottom of the page) places to purchase it.

Charity (charityross) The Monk is also available as a public domain title on Project Gutenberg (and other sites online), if you'd like to download it for free.
