Crusader's 50000 pages in 2011

I can remember that a couple of days ago you were worried that you were going to make the 50000 pages goal you set yourself in time. But at this rate you will fly past it! Nice going!
It still remains to be seen. I need to finish 190 pages each day. I've got some busy days coming up (hopefully) so it might be a close call.
I know the problem:( I am trying to get to 70,000 pages (as an unofficial goal) and that means I need to read 192 pages and with Discworld books that isn't a big problem but with the books I have lined up for the Diabolical challenge it is.
But you are making some headway so who knows, I am rooting for you!

105: The Last Hero: A Discworld Fable: 80 - 7.5/10
I'm counting this one as 80 pages since the font is huge and quite a few pages consisted solely of illustrations. This one took me back to my childhood with those huge picture books which all children loved.

Did you read a lot on the last day of this challenge and made it or where you just a few pages short? Well you are close enough to say you made it. If in some cases you would have choosen for a different edition you probably would have made it so I think congratulations are in order!
122: The Last Wish - 280p - 5.5/10
49571/50,000
Unfortunately I missed it by a couple of pages. I had reading fatigue which didn't help and it got slightly busier at work.
I'm chalking this one up as a success though.

Like I said it is so close it doesn't matter and reading fatigue sucks, I know! I still think you did great! Especially considering you have a job. Well Done!
Hey, I was unemployed this year so I had plenty of time. Still I am proud of my achievement. And I must say I kept a close eye on what you were reading since I did wonder if my "lead" (since we had the same goal) would be big enough if I did find a job, since I did wanted to "beat" you and you do get through a lot of books :)
