SOLVED: Guardian Angel named Lilly best friend dies in plane crash [s]

My Mom Found it! It's Called Angel By My Side: Lilly's Story (there's also an Amelia's Story and a Grace's Story).

I'm trying to remember a book that I read probably about 10 years ago about a girl who finds out she has a guardian angel named Lilly. I believe her friend dies in a plane crash and she talks about her 'swan song'. The girl talks about how a swan only sings right before it dies and about how her friend had some kind of swan song. I'm also remembering that she helped a girl with a port wine stain birthmark on her face by taking her to the home of an old actress who has cloistered herself in her house because she doesn't believe she is beautiful anymore.

I KNOW I read this book, but I can't remember the title, author or even the main characters name!! Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
