Me: Definition: A census is the procedure of systematically acquiring and recording information about the members of a given population.

Basically for roleplay games, you collect information about each factions (this case the cabins) and break down by gender and age. Then publish the results.

A roleplay census assists mods from seeing which factions are large and may need to be temporarily close. It also assists new players at finding which cabins are larger or what we have more of in regards to age/gender/cabin :)
