Me: Got the shivers. Watching "Worst Cooks in America" and there was this commercial for a mushroom type sandwich thin pizza. Cept it didn't look like it had much of any cheese or sauce. Just these great big greaaaaaasy mushrooms.

Me: Joshie is amusing! The guy has spirit!I thought about what type of dish I would prepare to impress the judges and it's a fail-safe but I've never done it without a microwave. It's a lemon steamed fish fillet with a rub of southern spices (crusts the skin). Fresh mashed potatoes with a bit of paprika, cheese and chives (nearly like a loaded potato). And maybe a set of fresh green beans.
The fish is VERY easy in the microwave.

I prefer to cook with the oven but the way this fish is cooked in the microwave is awesome.Glass dish. Fill base with water and some lemon juice. Put filet in the middle. Wrap dish with clear plastic wrap. Put into microwave for (forgets how long). But basically it's steaming the sucker very well. When done, be extremely careful cutting the seal. Last time I moved my wrist far too close to the plastic wrap and WOOSH! An extreme burst of watery heat hit my skin. *shudder* So yeah. Be careful. Hehehehee.
It's the same principal as putting the fish in a pan with wine/water, simmer and cover.
