I'm rail thin but I eat hordes of junk food, crap I shouldn't eat, alongside some healthier choices. My metabolism is high. But a lot of people at first sight think I diet or have a tape worm.

Me: Oooh, lucky. I have a slow metabolism, so I bike, swim, dance, etc. I did ballet for 13 years so that helped.. now I think I should get a start on Pilates.
