Me: Thanks, Whim. O.o There are like 40 doves in my backyad munching on bird seed. I wonder if Val is one of them. I know none of you know this story so hold on. Over the summer, a nest with 2 newborn doves fell out when my dad was trimming our palm trees. We raised them both, but unfortunately the smaller one, who was named Tweety died two weeks later. The other one grew healthy and we kept him until Nov. 23. That was the day I accidently released him. I was a bit depressed afterward cuz I was like his mommy. But the good news is that he stayed nearby and is trying to join a flock that lives right in my backyard. I know its him cuz he had some identifying features like this weird black stripe on his head, and these lines on the sides of his eyes that make him look like he is wearing eyeliner and the fact that he has rageddy feathers. ANYWAYS, we started putting out bird food for the doves and little by little my backyard turned into what I call a hotel for doves. Sorry. That was random.
