Dan (dand) Not that anyone will read this (my main complaint), but I'm leaving the "jeesh". I'm disappointed by the lack of posting and conversation in this group.
What's the point of being part of the group if there is never anything new to share or respond to.

Farewell.

Doug | 7 comments Did you participate? No use complaining when we are all part of the problem. I will share something with you in attempt to save you in our illustrious group. I thought Gloriously Bright was the worst character ever invented/created in any book series on the planet. Your thoughts. I also think Ender's Game has a fantastic anti-imperialism message.

Anti-imperialism? How so? I haven't read Ender's Game in a long time, so I forget most of the details.

Travis | 9 comments haha just saw this. I hated Gloriously Bright too!! she couldn't think for herself. im only halfway thru Children of Mind but at least she recognized Wang Mus talents.

Staci Johnson I've read all of the Enders books; just finished First Meetings last night. Now I am waiting for Formic Wars to come out in July. I have the graphic novel but I think I will wait for the July novel. Any thoughts?

Allison (allisonbri) | 5 comments She was a unique character. I did not like her much either but at least she had perseverance. I'm a bit behind, what is First Meetings about?

RJ - Slayer of Trolls (hawk5391yahoocom) Hi everyone, I'm Randy from southern California. There's no "Introduce Yourself" thread so I thought I'd make my introduction here. You know, like the old Beatles song: "I don't know why you say goodbye I say hello."

I first read Ender's Game almost 30 years ago, followed immediately by Speaker for the Dead. Ender's is still my favorite OSC book although it falls just outside of my All-Time Top 10.

I'm currently reading the entire Ender's series in (roughly) publication order. I just finished Shadow Puppets and I'm going to start Shadow of the Giant probably next month. I read 6-8 books at once to keep myself from getting bored, so it takes me a while to get through most books.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and talking OSC/Ender. Friend requests always accepted.
