Dennis McDonald | 4 comments Hi, my name is Dennis McDonald and I'm a new horror author with two books published. I've been lurking here on Good Reads for the last two years while writing my werewolf novel, Ebon Moon. Now that it is done, I'm ready to come out of the shadows:

Ebon Moon by Dennis Mcdonald

and

13 Nightmares by Dennis Mcdonald

Both have won Editor's Choice by the publisher and are available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc. Ebon Moon is available on Kindle, Nook, etc. You can check out more about my work at:

Jim (jimmaclachlan) Dennis, I changed the name of your topic so we can all find it easier later. Welcome!

Dennis McDonald | 4 comments Thanks, Jim. I'm still new to this forum stuff. I use a computer mostly for writing. I'm still trying to get the hang of this format.

Jim (jimmaclachlan) Actually, this just came up today, so it's no problem. Every place is different, even here on GR. We're still getting the hang of it, too. Keeps us from getting bored.
;-)

Dennis McDonald | 4 comments When I was growing up in the 60s, the werewolf was my favorite monster. Savage and bestial, the creature haunted the dark woods of my imagination. Lately, they've been portrayed as romantic interests and objects of tween fantasy. Where is the fierce beast I learned to love/fear as a child? They exist in my new novel Ebon Moon. The frightening story of an abused wife who hides from her violent husband in a small town in Oklahoma. Little does she know, a secret pack of werewolves has targeted her five-year-old daughter to be devoured during an upcoming eclipse. A fast-paced horror/suspense novel just released to Amazon.
