honestly? i've never really felt like that, but i never type hard enough for all the letters to come through.... sorry, i know i shouldn't be disturbing your conversation, but i jus had to say it. i'll go now.

i have a question. these posts have to be longish right? about how long?

Well, I only have one in this rp :P, and she's in her apartment right now. I'm thinking of having her leave to get something from the store and running into someone who is getting mugged. She could use her ability to heal them, but she suffers the consequences. Your character could meet her around there if you wanted :).

Name: Vit'ra Deatra ColemannGender: Female
Age: 14 (i know its so young, sorry)
Personality: (Make this good) she acts older than she really is. she's cold and doesn't show any emotiont, especially to people she doen't know. she cared so much for her family that after she discovered her power she abandonded them for fear of people trying to use them against her and hurting them. she's very secretive, thoguh you cant tell. likt she wil tell you everything about her on the surface, just not anything deeper.
Appearance: (Descriptions are preferred, but pic works) she's a slight figure, with copper coloured hair that she ties in a topknot, with a sweep fringe. her eyes are flint grey, and have a hard, cold look in them mostly, but she can soften up. she's seen things people her age probably shouldn't have, but as she's got over them she's toughened up and hardly ever shows her emotions. to the average person, she wears average clothing- jeggings and a nice little dress over the top with a jacket. but underneath she wears a thin leather suit that is easy to move around in in case she has to use her powers.
Relationships: (Family, crushes, marriages, whatev) she's just broken up from a relationship, and is therefore as cold as ever. her family are either dead or in an unknown place. she left after she discovered her powers incaes anyone would try to use her family against her and hurt them.
Hometown: St. Andrews, Scottland
Occupation: currently??? unemployed. she does alot of volunteer work, the locals know her as someone to go to when you need help.
Powers: (Max is three) she can freeze things. she once even claimed she froze time for three seconds, but no one knows if thats true, including her. she's also really good at jumping- like.. more than it's actually possible to jump. the final one isnt a power, really, just a natural talent. she's extra good at attention. like, if you need a distraction so the guard doesn't look, Vit'ra can do it just by moving her hand in such a way so as to catch the corner of the mans eye.
Other: nothing really. just dont underestimate her because of her age.

Interesting storyline,Name: Vergil Dowers
Gender: male
Age:20
Personality: He is usually shy and very well mannered. Highly honourable and extremely well educated. After leaving his medical studies to accompany her mother, he has no serious plans for his future. He is NOT (at all) able to talk about his feelings. Also, he has a healthy sense of humour even in the worst situations.
Appearance: Around 1.70cm, mid long black hair, deep brown eyes, hard and very controlled gestics. He usually looks concentrated and slightly annoyed over something. His bodyfat is slightly over average, but he hides a decent amount of muscles he just never likes to show. He isn't ugly, but no human being in his right mind would call him handsome.
Relationships: V's Dad lives in germany and has nothing to do with him. His mom and him came two years ago to the states in order to rejoin her family and try to start again after a mysterious incident. Women... lets just say he hasn't had a girlfriend and never seems to talk about that stuff.
Hometown:Zweibrücken, Germany
Occupation:Unemployed. Spends most of his time at second-hand bookshops or parcouring at night over the industrial areas.
Powers:
Echovision: He can close his eyes and concentrate on his surroundings to achieve a sometimes treacherous level of recon.
Rabbit's blessing: Vergil's able to Jump higher and run with more stamina than normal people can. Ironically, this physical strengh deactivates itself as soon as he decides to fight.
Timelapse: Under high stress situations, Vergil's brain starts working so fast for a short while in order for Vergil to analize his surroundings and react according to a better thought plan.
Other:
Idols: A-team, Batman, Hannibal Lecter, Immanuel Kant, Ghandi and Sun Tzu.

The most common place to find my character would be a coffee shop or a small bookstore.

I know what you mean. Unfortunately, I cannot say to be goodlooking myself :/. I try to play uglies cause they're easier for me to understand XD

Hey, I welcome the long posts :). It was a really good intro for your character, by the way.
I think the best way to do this conversation is to work out a dialogue here first. What do you think? If you agree, just answer to what my character will say first in this thread.

Name: Tiara/Tamara Winger ( Tiara changed her name to Tiamara after Tamara's 'death' Gender: female
Age:17
Personality: Tammy's life has been defined by her powers. Her initial discovery of her abilities was a very traumatic time for the young girl; as her powers manifested as most do, during the onset of puberty, an already difficult period complicated by unusual changes, which shall be detailed below. Personality wise, she is confident, friendly, a little insecure and has trust issues.
Appearance: Tammy is 5 ft 7 ins tall with long blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears her hair lose.
Relationships: Her parents died in a car accident when she was 9, and both she and her twin sister Tiara or 'Tia' were brought up by their Mother's brother Thomas Follett and his wife Donna. Being identical twins, Tammy and Tia have a very close relationship, and unusually for twins thet have not 'drifted apart' on any subject; liking and disliking the same things.
Hometown: Previously London, England ,but they live in LA, Clifornia with their Aunt and Uncle since the gae of 9.
Occupation: Both sisters are clasically trained dancers, both also displayed exceptional skills in street dancing and gymnastics. Tiamara teaches urban dance and self-defence as part of a community outreach program. She has had stints modelling and has starred in her first Hollywood film. She is still relatively unknown however.
Powers (elaboration)
Tammy's powers are somewhat unusual; during her puberty years she often had 'attacks' in the form of 'out-of-body' experiences. As these episodes grew more prolonged, no medication or psychotherapy tried could provide a solution.
Her abilites create an external 'soul-self' which allows her to leave her body for periods of time and 'possess' other people ( she later found she could possess animals and even machines)
Her body stays in a coma like state until she returns, and this was the cause of tragedy for the twins. Eventually that state become permanent and her body 'died' but amid the tears of her loss, Tammy inhabbitated Tia's body, and Tiamara, as Tia now calls herself acts as 'host for her sister.
Tammy is not dead, merely her abilities manifested in an unusual way to leave her in a ghost-like state. Tammy can exist outside Tia's body but she weakens without a host.
Powers:
Tammy can exit Tia's body and possess any person, animal or machine. While possessing them she is complete control and her 'hosts' are unaware of her presence and retain no memory of her after she exist them. Only Tia retains shared memories with her twin.
When possessing her 'hosts' Tammy can access everything her host could access themsleves, even supressed memories, and things thet they have forgotten.
In the case of animals and humans their eyes flash white seconds after possession, but other than that there are no other indication of her presence.
Tammy cannot feel physical pain but she is mindful of not putting her 'hosts' in danger
Without her 'hosts' Tammy looks like a shifting figure of her sister made of what looks like white smoke with glowing white eyes.
If she possess other metahumans, which is more difficult given their greater control of their bodies than norms, she can acces their abilities.
Her natural abilities while in 'soul'form that she can endow her hosts with are; invisibility and flight. As such Tiamara can turn invisible and fly.
