I am claiming points for task 20.8 Krista's Choice: Time of Your Life. I read "Voyage of the Dawn Treader" by C.S. Lewis. The main characters travel to back to Narnia where time goes by at a faster rate. In Narnia, they spent months away but in their own world, a day hasn't even passed. Plus, according to the storyline, while they been gone in the real world, three years have gone by in Narnia. Task Points: 20

Lived up to all of its great reviews! Read the first 450 pgs in one sitting and didn't want to pick it up again because then it would be done.

I sorting out how to respond.
This book doesn't fit the spirit of the task. I'm really looking for a book where a main character is is sent forward or back in time to experience and/or cope with their world in a different time era.
Simply travelling to another world where time moves more quickly doesn't qualify. When they return from Narnia, only a single day has passed in their 'normal' world. Correct?

It was the first book I have read by him. I quite enjoyed it but found the characters hard to understand because the culture is so different from mine.

I Love this book!! Third time through and it still amazes me.
