Late post, but I read for this list last September 2. I have to admit I was prepared to dislike this book. However, it did not turn out as bad as I thought even though it felt like a daytime soap opera, complete with all the coincidences. Still I was intrigued enough to finish it.

I finished Carswell's Guide to Being Lucky by Marissa Meyer and it was ok. I was glad that she published an anthology of all her short stories, because I was having a hard time tracking them all down! I gave this one 4 stars!
