I finished Foreplay for Tease yesterday, 8/22.

I liked it, it was a fast read that kept my attention. However, it seemed like I've read the same storyline before. Shy, inexperienced, damaged college girl meets hot, damaged bartender. Conflict and sparks ensue. I think I need to take a rest from college-aged angst for awhile, lol. But it is well-written and Reese is sweet. 3.5*

I read Reckless by Skye Jordan and gave it 3 stars! Whew, this was steamy! Plus it was cheap! Free on Kindle with a 1.99 upgrade on Audible :) Loved the hot scenes and the main characters were interesting even if the way they met was not completely believable. However, I enjoyed it!

I finished on 9/21/14 and I was a bit let down. the beginning was SLOW, I mean SLOW and the story lines were all over the place but it all came together at the end. I give it *3 STARS*

I finished yesterday. I thought it was pretty much a typical contemporary romance with all the elements that make that genre a relaxing read. Enjoyable but not entirely memorable. However, intriguing enough to check out the next book since it is obviously going to be a series based on the Simon family. 4 stars.

Finished , 4½ ★! Really loved this different take on Captain Hook and Peter Pan. It covers a longer amount of time then I expected, but offers backstory for Hook and shows a very different view of Pan that I hadn't thought about. Children can be cruel and Pan is forever a child - that isn't something I thought off before this book.

Read for , 5★. Loved it just as much as the first one, Pushing the Limits. I loved Beth in that one and I'm glad she got her own book, even if it wasn't her with Isiah like I'd expected after reading Pushing the Limits.
I also read which got 3½★. I didn't really remember Lila from the first book, so I felt a little disconnected. I didn't say I'd read this one, so I'm not sure it counts.

I read Strike Out for this one. It was free and I had it. It was OK. The whole secret kid thing has been done before and it's been done better. it's also been done a whole lot worse.

It was a quick read and it was fun, but it's not something that I'm chomping at the bit to read again or continue on with the series. *3 STARS* overall.

I like Historical Fiction books with really strong leading ladies! This novel was similiar to Sarah Morgan and I really enjoyed it. The scenes were steamy and the dialogue was humorous. Definately a five star read!

I read on 12/16/14 because after Fran mentioned that it had been a freebie, I checked and I had it too.

This was a cute read. I liked the baseball theme (my favorite sport), and I liked the character. The war between the O's and the Nat's added a lot of realism to the story, and I really liked the way it ended.

I think I'll end up continuing on with this series.

I finished The Vixen and the Vet late last night. It was just okay for me. 2 stars.

I haven't read a contemporary romance in awhile and now I remember why. ;) This was loosely a Beauty and the Beast story. The maid was even named Miss Potts. {eye roll} Mostly it was the whole "I think I love him, but it is way too soon to be love so I'll do stupid things and say stupid things until I realize it is really love and then do anything I can to prove I'm worthy" I borrowed it for free so no regrets!

I finished and it was ok. I gave it three stars, it wasn't super steamy and kinda short. It was alright.

I read 11/30 5* and really enjoyed it. Even though I read the first book a long time ago, I had no trouble continuing the story...and I like how bad-ass the heroine is.

I also read 11/28 4*...I thought it was a fun read...although I feel the language was a little dated and unnatural...and though the characters are supposed to be older, their actions feel pretty immature.
