I finished by Susan Mallery, 3*. Definately not the best book in the Fool's Gold series, although I'm hopeful for the next one , because I liked the heroine, Felicia.

I finished last Sept 12 and I had fun reading it. Eric's antics had me laughing and panting throughout the book. Will have to read Trey's book soon. 5 stars.

I read The Tao of Martha: My Year of LIVING; Or, Why I'm Never Getting All That Glitter Off of the Dog by Jen Lancaster and it was hysterical!! I laughed so hard listening to this I had tears running down my face. I was at work, but it was during lunch so no one was around to see me! 5 STARS!

I read and finished on September 21, 2013. It was only okay. I had read all of the five star reviews and got sucked in, but it didn't really hold my attention. Maybe the taboo of 18 year old student and teacher wasn't taboo enough for me. ★ ★ ★

A fun historical romance that does not try to have elements of suspense or paranormal (thank God). It's a sweet love story where hero and heroine have a clash of wills and wits and there is his meddling mother to add more fun.
If I had to complain about something it's that development of emotions progressed too quickly for my taste.

I finished reading Once Upon a Winter's Eve by Tessa Dare and it was a very quick read. I liked it the continuation of the characters from the first book and I really liked the story. I will definately be picking up the next book in the series!

Yes, now I remember! Fangirl is more uplifting, E&P heavier. It's really which you prefer. As a parent, I had a hard time with some of the things Eleanor had to deal with at home, and it made it hard for me to enjoy the rest of the book.

I will always rather pick uplifting book than the one dealing with heavy topics. I don't mind if they sneak in on me but I rarely choose them on purpose. I'm such a shallow reader. :D

I finished reading and I gave it 5 stars. It was just as funny as the first one! It had lots of potty mouth raunchy humor and it was very hard to not laugh out loud while listening to it at work :)

I don't plan to :) I really like Shayla Black and enjoy most of her books but I really hated Luc in this book
