I finished
yesterday. I thought it was an okay read. Some funny moments and likeable characters, but I was expecting a little bit more. 3 stars.

I'd finished
, the romance part is slower than usual, but I love how Nalini write the story. Some might be think her plot is slow and boring, but I think her writing style is so beautiful. 5 stars from me.
Finished
and gave it 4 stars. A very nice fantasy book with a few unique ideas - at least I haven't seen them before, but of course they might be in one of the gazillion books I haven't read. Very nice read if you are into fantasy and/or mystery stories
Yz the Whyz wrote: "Random Book List #103I read The Host by Stephenie Meyer and it was amazing! I'm utterly shocked how good this book was!! I loathed the Twilight books, but this book was so completely awesome compared to those. I was really skeptical but once I got through the first 25% of the book I fell in love with it. I really hope she writes more Host books and I'm DEFINATELY looking forward to seeing the movie when it comes out!
I'll read
- hope it'll get to me in time from the library. I have the second book ready but I haven't read the first one ;) Thanks for the list so I know what's good to read next!

I really like this one too. And no one ever believes me when I tell then it's not teeny bopper and that they should give it a chance!
finished
on 11/3. ★★★was extremely ho-hum at first, well, really, throughout most of the book. So not happy with Jane's limp attitude towards her extremely neglectful boyfriend, so not sure I will continue the series - plus, I'd just finish reading Fourth Grave Beneath My Feet so the humor wasn't doing for me so well.
★★★★ completed 11/10I was glad for a chance to read this because I have the 2nd book waiting for me to get this one to read. Now I can proceed to the next one. I like the story but I kinda feel that it's missing something so I'm hoping to find the answers to my questions in the next book from this one, not the next few books ha!
4 stars (Nov 15th)I was sooo wary going into this book. I didn't enjoy Meyers' Twilight series, other then the first book. So I was pleasantly surprised as I read this

Well, this one I KNOW I'll read/finish the book for. I need to read Blameless for another challenge this month, so I'll be reading that in place of Soulless.
Blameless - ★★★★ - 25 Nov 12 (instead of Soulless)
I was surprised how quickly I read this. I think I enjoyed it more than the previous books. There were some very funny moments. I liked how much time we spent seeing things from Lyall's perspective and it was good to see Ivy doing more than just wearing awful hats.
finished
11/30 and
12/7 for
, both 5*slooved loooved looooved Zsadist's "redemption" so to speak through his daughter and Rehv has always been a favorite non-brother. Can't wait to read John Matthew's book.

Yes! Got it read in time! Just finished

Hahaha...so I've seen and heard from all my friends who've read and reviewed it. I feel like I'm the last one to start this series! I like it, though. Thanks!

finished
for
on 1/1. ★★★★loved reading about Kev's past. definitely an intense character, he pretty much overshadowed the heroine in this one.
I finished
last Jan. 8. Not my favorite book in the Sweet series, but it's nice to see Micah get a HEA. 4 stars.
**** Completed 1/14This was a prequel to the series which basically introduced the main female character in the series even though she wasn't the main one in this story. It was developed enough for me to be interested in continuing the story.
Finished Mine till Midnight for Tempt me at twilight on 16/01
It was a superb book -****
It was a superb book -****
completed 1/18 ***This book has 4 stories which showed a little more of the background of supporting characters in the book. I definitely enjoyed peeking into their past/present lives.
Finished
(in place of
) today! It was better than I'd originally expected. The plot is interesting, with a few interesting twists (though I'd guessed most of them), and the writing was decent enough. She at least left me intrigued about what is going to happen in the next book, which is good, considering I'm planning on reading most of the series this year. :) 3 stars! ***

Tempt Me at Twilight by Lisa Kleypas and I loved it! I'm getting really into this series, I love the relationships between the sisters and how individual they are. I can't wait to read about Leo! *****
Ashes of Midnight - ★★★★ - 21 Jan 13 (instead of Midnight Rising)
Wasn't fond of Claire, but I did like the fact that she and two other Breedmates went out on a recon mission without the men and their talents were put to use. I was glad to see that Renata, Niko's mate, goes on patrols with the warriors -- between her talent and previous training she's more than capable.

Yz - 2/14 ****
Karen - 2/24 *****
I'm going to read eleven scandals to start to win a duke's heart.
I had a hard time deciding between His Majesty's Dragon for Crucible of Gold or Learning to Swim, but I think I will go with Learning to Swim. I am in the mood for a mystery/thriller.
Oooh, I don't know what to pick - they all sound great! Possibly
for
since, like Makenzie, I fell in love with Ian and Beth last month (and the entire Mackenzie clan)! But then again, there's Julia Quinn and Kasey Michaels and Eloisa James... ;) Choices, choices.

is so good- one of my favorites!
Fran: I actually saw
the other day when I put it out for display (I work in a library) and was tempted to take it then for myself! Now I just might have to see if it's still there... Thanks for the recommendation! ;)

Read:
by Jennifer Ashley ★★★★ 30.01.2012.I liked this book. It was fresh and original not cliched historical romance. I recommend it to romance lovers who read & loved When Beauty Tamed the Beast - it has similar tortured hero theme & strong independent heroine.
