Linda Pendleton | 5 comments I have a self-ad going and cannot access the stats on it today, and could not the other day. It repeatedly asks for my password. How and where on my author info do I access it?
Thanks.
Linda Pendleton, author

rivka Linda, it's asking for the password you use when you log in to Goodreads.

Linda Pendleton | 5 comments Rivka, yes, I give it my password again and it just takes me back to my info but I can't figure out how to access the ad stats as I did a week ago. Where is it? And why does it repeatedly ask for the password?--and then not take me to the ad stats?

rivka Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. Someone who does should be around on Monday, if not sooner.

Can you get to your author dashboard? There should be a link to your stats there.

Linda Pendleton | 5 comments Hi Patrick,
Yes, I can get to my dashboard but then when I do the stats link, it takes me back asking again for my password so I end up going back and forth and not to stats for my ad.

Linda Pendleton | 5 comments Hi

Interesting. I cannot get into my "in box" either. It is doing the same thing, asking again (and again) for my password just like on the stats. A few days ago I did change my password hoping to solve the problem. It did not.

What kind of browser do you use? And do you have cookies enabled? Are you running any sort of ad-blocking software or anything like that?

Linda Pendleton | 5 comments I use Internet Explorer. Yes, I have cookies enabled and before deleting them I allowed the pop up (Google toolbar) and finally I was able to find the stats. Thanks for the suggestions. I think problem is solved. Linda
