Random Book List #342 (ends July 2) NEW!!!
finished
for
today. ★★★★½short and sweet. a bit convoluted due to the large cast of characters, but it was great to revisit the brothers and the families. Love the MacKenzies and looking forward to continuing with MacBrides in the next installment.
Finished
on New Year's Eve. I enjoyed the wit and the snarkiness of the writing. As usual, Alexia is one capable heroine, whether dealing with deadly vampires, fanatic Templars and an inebriated werewolf husband. I give it 4 stars.
Heartless - ★★★★ - 31 Dec 12 (instead of Changeless)
Alexia, instead of relaxing and waiting for her baby to be born, is running all over London trying to figure out who is plotting against the queen. She learns something interesting about Ivy -- two things, really. And, surprisingly, something about Lyall that made me stop and think.
Just finished
in place of
, and I loved the book. It was such a unique story dealing with such an illness at a time when any form of autism would be considered insanity. Great story! 4 stars! And may I just say I can't wait to get to Cam's story!

and I enjoyed it. I read the first book in this series a year ago and it seemed pretty similar. It was nice to have a "gypsy" character because that satisfies a favorite challenge of mine :)

Read
on 1/28 and I loved the book! A great way to start this series. The chemistry was there between Bram and Susanna and the book was hilarious.
I finished The House At Riverton by Kate Morton. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Instead, I rated it 3 stars because even though I liked it, it was a little slow in some parts.
Just finished Matched and completely fell in love with it. I read it in place of Reached. I'm definitely going to finish the series. I completely fell in love with the characters and I'm a sucker for distopian society stories. Definitely 5 stars!!
I finished
for
by Ally Condie yesterday, 2/14/2013 and it was just 3*. I Listened to the audiobook and the heroine had a voice like a 12 years old girl
Random Book List Challenge #117I finished
and it was wonderful! I've read most of Adriana Trigiani's books and she makes me want to visit the Italian countryside :) My favorite book by her is Rococo because it's very funny and I love the narrator on the audio version! Read with pasta and wine, 5 stars!

Dragana wrote: I am thinking about reading that one too Yvonne, can't wait to hear what you think about it. :)"It definitely sounds interesting
I think I'm probably going to try and read
, though I'm going to have to find it first. We'll see. :/
I finished The Flight of Gemma Hardy last night and gave it 4 starsIt was an interesting read and I might have a look at other books by this author, I really like the writing style
I finished Exclusively Yours on 14th. 4 stars as well! I felt that I could relate to these characters and they have funny scenes - Terry, the sister, is my favorite character though I do enjoy the main characters - Joe and Keri. 4 stars!
Yz the Whyz wrote: "Random Book List Challenge #122I read The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot and it was awesome! It was a sad story and the medical lingo was a bit confusing, but I really enjoyed it. Definately worth getting through the cell culture and medical law history.
Finished
today 3/24. I liked it but didn't love it. I really enjoyed all of the secondary characters and their stories but I just couldn't warm up to the heroine, Keri. She seemed shallow and I didn't see much growth. 3.5*
