Yz will replace that title with another one that has already been released.

Thanks Kim and Fran for the heads up. I changed the book.

.Finally a solid installment in a series that has been mostly uninspired. Alicia and Garrett's romance is sweet without any unnecessary angst. I can only hope that this positive trend will continue in the next book.
I read
in place of
Finished 7/26. I listened to the audiobook and I kept hearing Mercy Thompson (same narrator). I also didn't get the fascination with Reyes, who wasn't real until the end. I will read book 2 before I decide if I will continue with this series, but I don't see the fuss.
One more issue, if Charley is the Grim reaper, shouldn't she be going to people who are alive and taking their soul...as opposed to ghosts coming to her for help?
4.5 StarsI read
. Really liked it! Listened on audio and loved it! I really like how Lorelei King brings Charley's attitude to life perfectly!

Sorry you weren't that awed by Charley - she can be an acquired taste. Hope the next one is better for you.

I also finished
last July 18th. As always Charley is crazily snarky and Reyes is smoldering sexy. I give it 4 stars.
I do love Lorelei King as well, but I just kept hearing Mercy because Mercy makes similar sarcastic comments.I will give Charley another try. I thought I would try read the ebook instead of listening to book 2, to see if it would make a difference

My friend is reading the series and says it's great in print!

I read
for
by Darynda Jones, and I liked it but didn't love it (3.5*). I read this in print so I'm going to listen the next one on audio :)

This series is really coming into its own. I enjoy the world building, the action scenes and the secondary characters. Harry is also growing on me like a fungus.
Finished
3.5 stars. I didn't hate it, but it's got to be my least favorite Lords book to date. I liked Kane and Josephina, but this book seemed almost out of place in the Lords series (the fae seemed like a sudden addition to the world).

. Another fun, sexy book in this reality show based series. I will be reading the next one :) 4*
Random Book List #146I read A Night to Surrender by Tessa Dare and it was awesome! I think this is one of my favorite regency romance novels EVER! It was historical without overwhelming you with details. I loved the dialogue between the main characters, they were witty and clever! 5 stars!
Finished
(★★★) for
.Trying to translate Gideon's lies was actually amusing. For instace, when he tells Scarlet that she is so ugly (when he means beautiful).
Reading for the opposite was interesting
