Adrian turned around, looking up at her. "I know! Be strong!"He called before turning and dashing off.
((How come no one's merging -.-?))

"Ready to kick some @ss?" Lucas asked, a jokeful yet determined grin ..."
"Literally," Andy said. "Let's cross the creek. I'll crush them," she said in a fairly good imitation of Jess.
Myra could see Lucas running forward with his blonde sister and she waved, not really knowing if he could see or not, a fixed smile on her mouth. Don't look down.

Olive lurked in the shadows, afar from the flag as the rules accuired. She had an all around view of it, and was perched in a tree silent and unmoving.
"With your ninja skills, I bet," Lucas said with an low chuckle that held battlelust, nearing the border.
Boot was guarding their territory. No one was getting past him if he could help it. He twirled out his pistols, cow-boy style.
Boot waved back, smiling at the happiness that shone from Ivan's face.

Flashing Lucas a bright smile, Andromeda disappeared into the thicket, stealthy as a jaguar, and shinnied up a tree, crawling across the branches into the Red Team's territory in an impressive display of balance and courage.

((Hayley's gone))
Elisa glanced at the girl. She was hidden with camoflouge. She had her bow notched and ready. "Already taken." She said, and emerged from the tree.

Red - Zeus
Curled and coiled bodies of blue team campers whimpered around Deon. Beads of sweat adorned his forehead as he breathed in deep and swiftly glanced at the field of battle.
Never fails that Ares fields more war-mongering kids!
He spotted a familiar team member who by her running appeared injured. Swiftly, he bolted after in hopes to catch up.
"Ha," Airlia muttered to herself, feeling triumphant. "Take that, Lucas." She stopped running after a while, slipping into the thicket and searching for the bright blue dash of flag. Breathing was hard for her-- it seemed as if Lucas had crushed her lungs.
Noticing someone crashing in behind her, Airlia whipped out her sword, a wave of lust magic hitting the unfortunate soul-- who just happened to be Deon, on her team.
"Aw, crap, Dee, I'm sorry," she said, a relieved smile breaking through her mask of fierce determination.

Elisa released an arrow silently, it hissed through the air targeting Airlia's arm. ELisa never missed, and she wasn't planning on it now.

Deon's heart sped so fast and hard that he slammed next to a tree. His fist beat there a second while he gritted his teeth, fighting against the uncontrollable wave of lust.
"Airlia," he groaned, half-angry and half-caught up in that moment. He spat out another deep breath.
"Move. Keep moving. If we run, I don't have to think. Go. I'll chase." That's all Deon could think about in order to reinstate control over his emotions. "If you don't, for gods' sake, you know what'll happen."
"Sorry, sorry, sorry," Airlia said, eyes widening beseechingly for forgiveness, but as she was turning to go away, Elisa's arrow caught her in the arm and she cried out in pain. A stream of choice Italian swear words lilted from her lips as she staggered back, uncomprehension dawning on her exquisite features. "I hate archers," she hissed out, clamping hard on her bottom lim as she tugged the (thankfully straight-tipped) arrow out of her arm.
Elisa released another volley of arrows from her hidden choice tree. She was full in camo, and invisible to the eye.
Airlia whirled out of the way, tugging Deon down with her, hand clutching her wounded arm. The pain was horrible, undescribable, and as she moved, Drake's cut on her cheek was placed into view as the curtain of honey blonde curls swished open. "Unbelievable," she muttered.

A bolt of uncontrollable rage fled from Deon's hand and struck dangerously close to Elisa's position. Panic set in to mingle bitterly alongside anger; Deon pushed away from a tree to drop down alongside Airlia.
Purposely, he avoided touching her. When under her lustful spell, he learned it's better to never touch and instead focused on her eyes. Eyes that opened a window to her soul. Eyes as deep and caring as the ocean. Eyes...
Deon pinched his cheek to slap himself out of it and grunted lamely, "Me, too." Knowing how determined Airlia could be, he asked, "Infirmary or move on?" while motioning for them to hurry forward.
"Move on, move on," Airlia hissed, dropping the discarded arrow with a shudder. "I've faced worse before," she said, gesturing to bitch carved on her cheek. "Come on, let's get the flag." It wasn't a good idea to try and further control her magic-- i.e., rid Deon of her spell, but she had no choice; she didn't want to keep him under her influence.

((I'm just gonna jump in. Is that ok?))
Elisa released more arrows in their direction, frowning. She jumped from her spot, onto another tree following them and releasing arrows.

With that, he understood they hadn't the time or means to carry on this conversation. That archer at their backs wouldn't take a coffee break either. He moved quickly and waved his friends onward.
"This way. Holly mentioned the flag could be around here."
((Olive will be there))
Suddenly grape vines shot out, wrapping around their ankles. Diona battle cried, swinging from a tree. More vines shot out, wrapping around their wrists also.
Elisa grinned, letting arrows fly.

Tanja wrote: "Deon rose to his feet but the cheek carving's words become clear. His hand snapped out to clutch Airlia despite any protests. Demand burned in his eyes, "You will tell me about this. Later."
Wit..."
"Holly didn't tell us to take the flag," Airlia said doubtfully, enjoying the grasp Deon had on her arm far too much. Not again, no, no, no...
"It's on Zeus' Fist-- or Pile of Shit," Airlia said, ripping off part of her tunic to tie around her arm. She glared at Elisa with a furious expression; she could see her helmet, the blue feather dancing, and she directed a force of lust magic to her so forcefully that she could feel it narrowly missing Deon.

((Does anyone want to fight Boot?))

More grape vines entwined up their legs as Diona swung down, landing on the rocks and mulch. "Ha-ha." She said, sinisterly. "I told Ajax." She muttered to herself, she kept the scythe out battle ready but the vines kept wrapping...
Elisa stopped her arrows, but watched from afar to keep an eye on DI.

Lust magic wrapped around the Blue team hiding in the tree as the vines wrapped their way around Airlia's shapely calves. But the vines were weak, and Airlia's magic was strong, and Airlia slashed down with her dagger, cutting herself out of the vines. "We have to run," she said to Brandon and Deon. "The vines won't get us if we keep as little contact with the ground as possible."
She blew a false kiss to Diona and Elisa, enveloping them in even more magic-- now that would be amusing and chaotic to watch.

Elisa closed her eyes, digging her nails into her flesh to avoid the magic.
Diona became confused, not sure what was happening. The vines began to unravel, her mind was screaming no but her powers shrank away in obedience.

"Zeus' Fist," Airlia said, ignoring his nickname. She preferred Deon's much better to 'Lusty'. She sprinted off after clipping her longsword to her back, the shooting pains in her arm reminding her that she was not invincible.

"Alright. Holly would find out. And you," He passed his sword to Brandon to hold, then ripped at his tunic. The long strand immediately was placed around Airlia's arm to double-bandage the wound, "don't you faint on me when I'm like this. The dryads won't forgive a second time."
He then motioned to Brandon and whispered, "Don't think that archer is the only one. Fan out and surround?"

Suddenly a lulling flute sound was to be heard, the harmony was amazing. It was luring as a fiery-haired young warrior stepped out of the shadows holding the instrument to his lips.
Diona frowned, they were gone and she felt offset like she had woken from a dream. But she no doubted that was reality.
Elisa removed her hand from her flesh, perfct half moons imprinted wherere her finger nails were. She stamped her foot in frustration.

"I won't faint on you," Airlia called back with a chortle, though she was beginning to feel woozy with the blood loss. She couldn't really tell if she was glad that Deon was on her team or not; on one hand, they would have obviously found each other and reached an impasse if they'd been opposing each other. On the other hand... Deon was bringing back memories of a sort that Airlia would have preferred not to have, especially in the midst of her inner turmoil.
Jaidon intensified the song, tapping into the charm of it's powers. The sleepy lullaby was enough to make one light-headed and drowsy.

"Alright. Holly would find out. And you," He passed his sword to Bran..."
Brandon nodded, sweat already pouring down his face. To some, it looked grotesque, to others it woukd add to his looks. "All right. What direction should I take?" He asked, letting his brother take over. Secretly, he was wondering if Melle was OK.

He then fist pumped Brandon. "Lightning can strike twice. Double team on the left. Keep moving. Talk to yourself. But for gods' sake, don't let that music be heard. Drown it out by blood lust or your heartbeat! HURRY!"
Deon leapt away from his teammates and dashed to use a tree trunk for cover. Lightning sparked around his fingers then spat out directly around Elisa.
I'm already on it, Dee.
Airlia danced towards Jaidon, unleashing more lust magic, magic that was seducing and violently powerful. She shook out her hair from her helmet as it fell in cascading waves and stepped closer to Jaidon.
"Hi," she whispered, dancing closer. The music was making her sleepy; all the better for her magic.

Elisa doged the lightning, letting an arrow fly toward Deon.
Jaidon tilted his head, the music slowed. In the back of his mind he realized what she was doing, with the last ounce of self control he let out a piercing note to be heard all across the forest. It would make the kids crumple to the floor in agonizing pain. Then he got under her spell once and for all.
Diona clamped her hands over her ears, squeezing her eyes tight and let out a squeak.

Deon dashed around to keep Elisa busy. More bolts of lighting slashed toward the girl before the note from Jaidon magnified.
"COVER!" But his warning may as well have been drowned out beneath the song. Hands slapped hard against his ears and when that nearly became too much, he slammed himself to the tree to refocus his thoughts away from the manipulation.
Years growing up with Airlia taught him a thing or two about such powers.
