Oh well...if we are going to mix series then that's a whole NEW harem of delicious men to choose from...and Da Hotness would DEFINITELY be on every list of combinations...

Mmmmmmmmm Bones from Night Huntress...happy happy day dreams...um, besides Curran AKA Da Hotness, and Bones form Night Huntress, DEFINITELY Eric from Sookie Stackhouse, Pritkin, Mircea, Marlowe, Derek from Kate Daniels (he sounds so cute!!), Conall Maccon from Parasol Protectorate, Brystion AND Talivar from Abby Sinclair, and Jean-Claude from Anita Blake. That is my list so far...though there are others and will be others...I just have to find them.

LOLZ nahhhhh Curran is Da Hottness, Adam is nice and all butttttt...and I think part of the reason I like Bones so much is PURELY because of his accent, it just RAMPS UP the hottness factor for me!!!
Yes. But when I listened to the audio version of bones the woman whose voice does his makes it so whiney I could barely listen to it.
lol. I dont mind the voice that much . I like th emotions and effect that she puts behind the voice. In my mind. Bones is off the scale hottness. @ Aileen ..okokok.. I will agree. Curran is not as controlling as Adam, A lion over a wolf. Plus i just get weak with laughter when Curran freaks out and just say things are " Fucked Up"

Oddly thpugh, out of all the men, I only have a thing for JC, the Twins, Jason, and Damian.... okay - and of course Edward!! LOL
Lol JC is my FAVVVVVVVORITE I think, though the Twins are definitely in the running. I don't like Richard, he SUCKS, and Asher is too...whiny. But I'd LOVE to see Micah's eyes, they sound GORGEOUS.@Gypsi...I think the reason I love Curran so much is the tension between him and Kate in the first couple books, SOOOOO MUCH like the tension between Cassie and Mircea/Pritkin. But...Bones will always be in my heart. In book three when they have "The best fight they ever had" I DIED!!!! It was just too funny to me.

Yay Dinique! :D I absolutely love the body swap scene, it still makes me laugh every time I read it. I think this book feels different than the previous ones because it's moved beyond the geis plot and I honestly think KC just gets better and better as a writer.Can't wait to hear what you think of Hunt the Moon. Many people think *it* is the best book.
Ahhhhhhh the ending of this book...priceless. I think for a LONG time it was my absolute favorite scene in the entire series...I think I have a new one now...butttt you'll read about that one in the fifth book!!

I just finished this book, and this one has taken the place of the previous as my favorite in the series. I like that they've each been getting better and better. This definitely solidifies my love for Pritkin and Cassie being together over Cassie and Mircea.
I'm a little nervous to start Hunt the Moon because I've heard it ends on a big cliffhanger. Is it a really awful cliffhanger? Should I maybe wait until we get word of when the next book in the series will be released?
Amy, I think Curse the Dawn is definitely one of the best books too. It's so wonderful to see Cassie & Pritkin's relationship get closer, without feeling at all forced.I don't really know how to advise you about Hunt the Moon to be honest. There is a cliffhanger and it's a biggie. But the book is so good, so you would be missing out on that for potentially another year or more (as we've had no hints when the next book will be out). Plus if you spend any time at all in this group, there is a strong possibility you will stumble over discussion about it, which kinda spoils it.
What do you all think folks? Should Amy read on and suffer the cliffhanger, or hold off until when we know the next book is coming out. (Please don't discuss the cliffhanger itself and spoil things for her).
Personally, I would read the book, then come back here and talk it about all with us. Being able to share your feelings of frustration really helps! :D
Definately suffer the cliffhanger then re-read the series while waiting for the next one to come out!The final scene in Hunt the Moon is excellent and it is bound to come out in the group somewhere - it would be a real shame to get it as a spoiler.
Dinique, you have interesting thoughts about Cassie and Pritkin, as always. But ... I have to encourage you to read Hunt the Moon, as there is more information there. Cliffhanger or not, there's so much happens in this book that I think you'll really enjoy.

Yeah, we've got the new Dory book in October, and I reckon the Cassie book will be next summer. Plenty of time for re-reads!
Being obsessed with the cliffhanger is half the fun when you can discuss it on this site! :D
Absolutely Anna! It's one thing if maybe you've got no-one to talk to about what happened, and you have to sit and brood on it yourself for a year. But, instead, you can come on here and rant and scream till your heart's content! :D

Lol I got Hunt The Moon the DAY it came out and waited MONTHS to read it actually...I was SOOOO afraid of the ending!! I'm EXTREMELY glad I read it though. They are all completely correct when they say there's a cliffhanger, and that it's EPIC, and that is it AMAZING, and that we will probably talk about it accidentally somewhere, it just happens. And let me just say...I thought Hunt the Moon was fantastically fantastic. And I wish it was longer only so it let me read more about the Yummyness that is Pritkin and Mircea...

Once I find a series and have decided try it - if its good I just disappear into it... so I was taken completely by surprise, and quite literally howled when I realised there were no more pages to read!!
But it was EXCELLENT and definitely one of my favorites!!

I absolutely Love Kate!! and though I'm not sure of the "Da Hotness" Status - I do appreciate Curran's character!

There's lots of background and history on Pritkin, which I think you'll find interesting!Jax, I'm so glad you're liking Kate Daniels. The first book is actually the weakest of the series in my opinion. Wait until you've read at least three books before you decide whether or not Curran is Da Hotness!! I love the humour in the books too. I actually thought that "Here kitty kitty" line pretty much set the tone for Kate & Curran's relationship - she's all mouthy to him and he's trying to decide whether he wants to kill her or go to bed with her LOL!
Mmmmmm Curran...gets hotter with every book...much like Pritkin. Oh wow...I just noticed. At first you hate Pritkin, kind of the way Kate feels toward Curran (only she's kind of just ignoring her feelings of lust...) and then later on you end up really liking him!!

I like the comparison between Curran and Pritkin.It gives me hope with him and Cassie because I mean it took Kate and Curran a few books to actually get together too.
