Inger slowly walked into the javelin range. She had made herself invisible with a spell and stood in front of the targets. She closed her eyes and cried silently.
((Okay, but how is Sappho going to realize that she's there?))
Striding quickly among the trees towards the Mess Hall, Sappho eyed the javelin range apprehensively. "Pretty..." The sun filtering through the trees was beautiful, the light a delicate pale green. She stood there, transfixed for a moment.

Inger wanted to see a last glimpse of the trees, but suddenly the spell flickered and died. Inger panicked and tried to resort to plan 2: drinking her own poison.
Sappho blinked. Where there most certainly had not been a girl before, there was now standing one-- a girl with long black hair with a neon streak running through it.
"Hi," Sappho greeted, the warmth in her tone hiding her utter surprise.

Inger inmediately blushed and tried to run. She took out one of her darts and firnly steeled herself to try to put it into her arm.
Was-- was that girl sticking herself with a dart?
Sappho rushed forward, keeping her smile in place just in case she had been mistaken. She hadn't.
With a snatch of nimble fingers, Sappho plucked the dart away and regarded the girl with a pitying but steely expression.
"Did you just try to kill yourself?" Sappho could smell the poison-- some sort of animal venom, perhaps. She'd smelled a lot of poisons for inspiration during a phase she'd gone through last year.

"What's your problem?" Sappho asked, her svelte voice shocked. She used her taller height to her advantage and held the dart high above her head, looking bemusedly down at the girl. "Why would you ever try to prick yourself with a poisoned dart?"
"Excuse me, but I nearly killed someone, all because of mental sickness. It's you own good" and she managed to snatch it away from her. The dart fell, but was out of sight.
Two people-- you almost killed yourself as well.
"Mental sickness can be fixed," Sappho said calmly, regarding the girl with pity. "And it's only cowards who kill themselves. I don't think you're a coward, so why are you killing yourself?"
Her own namesake had committed suicide, plunging off a cliff because her lover had rejected her.

"It's not me. I may be a coward, but you see, I have multiple personalities! When I'm in the angry one, I do dangerous thing--such as killing--and it's for the camp's own good!"
"You would be killing yourself now," Sappho insisted gently. "Which would be going against the point of your suicide, in any case."
"Yeah, but, but, it would be better for me to die than the whole camp to fall! You don't understand! I.." she stopped herself and said "Come to my cabin. No one's there!" She ran there to get her diary.
Lynndelia stomped into the Javelin Range. Her new javelin in her hand. She threw it at the nearest target, nailing it bulls eye. She did not care though. She was too angry to care. All she cared about was that boy had escaped her as well as broken her favorite spear. She should not have felt so angry about it. After all, she broke her weapons within a day of use. The point was she was angry.
Drake found himself at the Javelin Range, clearly unimpressed at those around him. His hands were in his pocket, the little 'surprise' invisible behind the clothing. A faint, though sure, smirk was plastered on his face.
Ashleigh was a few feet away from Drake, her face hidden in a pink hood, just like always. She ran with the javelin in her hand, and threw it as hard as she could. The spear thing hit the target, but not in the center. It was less than a ring away from the center.
(("the spear thing." xD It's a metal bar))
Drake snorted, lips curling into a sneer, though he remained silent, waiting. Wouldn't that be fun, another victim. Or rather, the person who would get a very nice surprise.

((don't ruin this for me, rofl x) )) Ashleigh spun around at the noise. She glared at him from under her hood, anger settling inside of her. You can do better? She thought, though she didn't stare say it aloud.
Ashleigh crossed her arms, and breathed in deeply to calm herself. His own attitude was amusing her, though it also annoyed her. Of course, amusement won over, which was rare.
Ashleigh watched him through narrowed eyes, which if he would look under her hood, she was almost certain he would see her eyes dancing with amusement. She watched him for a moment, a smile flirting with her lips. Guessing he couldn't see her face, she broke into a small smile. She cleared her throat, thinking of what Iviana had told her. I can't believe I'm about to listen to a little girl. "Let's see you try it, then." She said, so quiet she wasn't sure if he'd heard her. So, she gestured to his target to help him with her little charades.
((little? She's fifteen...))
Drake rolled his eyes. He picked up a javelin. Like his whip, he took to seconds. One to aim. The other to throw at wicked speed. The end of the medal bar stook out of the bullseye. He turned back to the girl. "You were saying."

((but she's like seventeen...)) "In my defense, that was pretty damn good for a first time." She threw back her hood, revealing a slightly flushed, beaming face. Her straight blonde hair was in it's usual ponytail.
((2 years isn't very big. Oh well.))
Dear gods. Flirt. then, first time my @ss.
Drake gave her a scathing smile, one that showed the cruelties without words. "Watch it, little girl."

Ashleigh raised her eyebrows at him, having no idea what the heck his problem was. "Watch it? I didn't do anything." Feeling self-concious, she reached for her hood. ((is he calling her a flirt? Or telling himself to flirt with her?))
((that's so far from the truth, lolZ)) Ashleigh studied him, this boy was a complete puzzle to her. A puzzle that she wasn't sure she wanted to solve. Shaking her head, she grabbed another javelin, and threw it. This time, it hit the target, and she stared at it in shock.
"I know," she murmered, trying to ignore him. She took another javelin and threw it. It landed just under the center.
Drake smirked, his hands still shoved in his Pockets with his scars seeming to pop out against the sunlight.
Ashleigh turned to look at him when she noticed the scars. Thinking she was seeing things, sge slowly let her hood fall to reveal her face again. No, the scars were real.
"Fine. I'm fascinated. Where did you get them? Or would you rather not share?" Her voice was quiet, but she was looking at him, in the eye too.
His dark eyes were cold, as they usually were. They reflected his soulless being. "I had then done."
"How did you do it? Or the person who did it for you," she asked, fascination or whatever he wanted to call it struck her.
