Thank you Miss Steph - yes I thought that it was a good game also - very disappointing to those Steeler Fans - I understand completely because I am an Indianapolis Colts Fan so I understand the disappointment....hubby is a huge & we are talking huge Chicago Bear Fan - it was a good day for great socializing...today was his B-day so we celebrated with a huge party at our club & of course football - what could be better....
Cool! Bday party + Super Bowl = great fun! :)Yeah, sad day for me and other Steeler fans, but what can ya do? LOL!

Well Furious 5 this looks like this is the last read for a while. I dont really want to quit with this game - so what if another team gets a bingo on this round...I have noticed that there are several who are wanting to join in on this game so I am hoping that Steph will decide to start another one rather quickly...what is everyone else thinking on this?

I was going to PM Steph & let her know what our thoughts are - do we want to want to wait a few months before starting another game or do we want to jump in with another game right away? Personally, I would love to continue as we are - we have an awesome group so I would like to continue as we have...just with the addition of new players...
I'm up for either Sallie :) I guess it depends how many other groeups are interested in keeping it up as well
ok - sounds good - I pm'd Steph just with my questions & thoughts when she answers back I will let her know your thoughts & any others that might have seen my post & commented too. I have had a really good time doing this game - usually I get bored or have moved on to something else when I read but this game has actually kept me interested. Glad I stuck with it LOL.

Happy Valentine's Day, Ladies! I got your PM, Sallie. The one thing I know for sure right now is we are definitely having a R2. So happy you guys have enjoyed the game and that you want to continue. Working through some ideas on R2 and will get back to you very soon. It'll take me a little time getting us prepped for R2, so we won't be starting it immediately following the conclusion of this one. Plus, we'll need some time to gather up newbies who are interested in joining us in the next round. But, I promise not to drag my feet. Don't want to loose the momentum we've got going. :)
I am looking forward to another round! I enjoyed this reading challenge.

This has been so much fun! Would love to join in for another round whenever it happens :)About 30% into Staked, it's different than I expected. I don't read too many UFs from a male POV, so that may be part of it.

I haven't decided yet. I'm pretty indifferent to the whole thing so far. It's not bad, just not mesmerizing.
OIC. I liked the male POV, hardly seen. I also found Lewis' sense of humor throughout, esp. Eric's character, to be a hoot. I went in with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. For me, it was different, but good different. I've just recently bought #3, Crossed.I'll be interested to hear to more when you've finished it.

I finished my Paranormals read Blue Moon...4*s...I am really liking this series, it's a pretty quick read which I like - I hate books that seem to take forever to read. I like it when I pick up a book & it grabs me to the point I cant put it down. Definitely was a great read & I am looking forward to reading the 3rd book in the series.

When I first started this book I was sure I wasn't going to like it. The writing wasn't very good and it took awhile for the book to pick up. I kept plugging along and the book redeemed itself. I ended up really enjoying this book. I am going to read the next book in the series because I have to know if the writing has improved and I need to know what is going to happen with Grace.

I finished Staked and this book just had me all over the place. There were points I was so frustrated, I was going to slam my head against the wall. The main character Eric suffers from real memory deficits and isn't particularly bothered by them, which drove me batty. I alternated between liking and hating him (and the book) until the last 20%, when everything just clicked into place and the book totally redeemed itself. Not quite a 4, but maybe 3.5 stars.

I've finished with Prey Feb 17th and I gave it 5 stars - I want to keep reading the rest right now LOL
