      It's been awhile since I've read it, but I think this is a Phillip K. Dick story called "Impostor." It's in several of his short story collections, including The Collected Stories of Philip K. Dick 2: We Can Remember it for You Wholesale.
    
      It's definitely not something by Asimov ("I, Robot" or others). It could be a PKD story, although I'm pretty sure it is neither "Do Androids.." nor "Impostor". He wrote a series of short stories where androids impersonate humans, but I don't think there was ever anything quite as prosaic as coming up with a rhyme for orange.
