I hadn't realized they couldn't be deleted. Thank you!

That's probably because it hasn't been published yet. What makes you think it's an invalid edition?
Someone created Barnes&Noble nookbook edition, ASIN 0011145838 (ISBN13: 2940011145834), for my book Katrdeshtr's Redemption, which was already in the database. As with anyone other separate edition, I attempted to combine the editions and correct the wrong information which had been uploaded. Despite doing so, the "new edition" appeared as a separate entry. Please view on the author's page here: http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...
The new edition with ASIN is no longer found in during searches which is good. Clicking on the entry takes you to the original edition, as it should be... but the old "empty" is still there. Is there a way to delete that "empty" edition?
Please do NOT delete books with valid ISBNs, like that one. It's fairly useless to do so anyway -- the next relevant search via B&N will just reimport it. I combined that edition with the existing edition, and manually reset the cache on your author page (which is what you were seeing as an "empty" edition). It resets by itself every 24-48 hours.
As I said, I HAD combined the editions, but thank you. Usually I simply correct the misinformation and combine the editions, as stated. Or simply wait for the reimport and do the same thing. I've been a librarian going on a year now, I just hadn't come across that particular problem before.
I think these two can go: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/65...
&
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/72...
Thanks!
Are these two "editions" valid? They merely link to a website.http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/63...

please delete:http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/93...
and combine the merge result with:

Thank you.
Need these books deleted as they are not to be found anywhere anymore. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/33...

This one also need to be deleted, as it does not exist in paperback anymore and there's an ebook version that is more accurate: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/69...
T. T., we don't remove books when they go out of print. If a book was ever published, we list it forever.
Ah, alright. I just don't like seeing really old books that you can't get anymore up with brand new ones. ::laugh::

That's why they have both been marked "NOT A BOOK" instead.
